Good central location. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh croissants. The room was fine, on an internal courtyard so I always kept the blinds down. The spa was not what I expected - it's completely private, you pay the fee and have it to yourself. There's a sauna, hot tub and relaxing area.

There are a few things that are starting to get worn or broken - like the door of my room wouldn't close unless you unlocked it again from the outside, and I couldn't get the safe to work at all. The explair in the bathroom takes ages to turn off, after half an hour I thought it was broken but it did give up eventually. They're more maintenance issues than real failings though. It's a decent hotel and I'd stay here again.

nice boutique hotel right in the town centre. Staff very professional, nice kids corner, rooms clean (except dusty air-condition). Breakfast amazing - the first place in my life where I saw such a variety of fresh fruit for breakfast - even including pineapple, kiwi or grapefruit.

as mentioned in many reviews, the air conditioning just doesn’t work. You can set it for 17 degrees as the minimum, then you get maybe 25-26 degrees if you’re lucky. I don’t understand why the hotel keeps these old, broken machines if so many guests complain about them (and doesn’t clean them either as our was dusty as hell)

Breakfast is very nice, has variety of eggs, sousseges, fruits, cakes and other food. Location is perfect, right at the beginning of the central street in the old town .

We had a room on the 4th floor, elevator goes however only to the 3rd floor and you have to bring your suitcase up the stairs. Restaurant as already mentioned has very nice breakfast but the space to sit is pretty limited. In the summer it was solved by additional places on the terrace, but then you have to walk some distance to get something else from the buffete. We had bathtub that is not covered by any curtain, so when you take shower there is water all over the floor.

Excellent location on the main street. Good breakfast provided. Very clean in the room and all areas of the hotel. Tentative and helpful staff.

We was unaware that there was an extra charge for the spa facilities. We thought they were part of the hotel facilities included in the stay. We were shown around the spa and given information but at no point did they say it was chargeable. We have since read on here there is an extra change but the staff should be reiterating this before booking the spa. We were also charged for two coffees when we had only asked for coffee sachets for our room. We don't mind paying for them but it would be nice to know that these things are chargeable and not included facilities or acts of kindness.

A great hotel in Košice old town. Near all the main sights and a 15 minute walk from the railway station. Everything exceptionally clean and tidy both in our room and the common areas. An absolutely superb breakfast served from 7am to 10am. Food then served for the rest of the day by way of the lunchtime (cheap) ‘daily menu’ or from a restaurant menu. All great. And the staff ? During our recent 4 night stay everyone we dealt with was friendly, polite and professional. All in all a brilliant stay.

A great hotel! Stayed in two suites for a family of 5 and 3 adults. The rooms were huge, with a hot tub which was a nice plus. The staff was very helpful and kind, the facilities and rooms were clean. The breakfast was superb with lots of fresh vegetables and fruits and wide selection of eggs, sausages, ham, bakeries, deserts, etc. Next to the dining room there is a small playroom for the kids which is the best thing ever if you want to eat quitely after they are done. Location is excellent - on the end of the main street of the historical center.

Perfect location for Kosice old town. The staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke English. There were little chocolates on our pillows when we arrived which was really nice and the fridge was fully stocked with drinks and snacks which we could pay for. it was nice to have the option as lots of hotels don't offer this and we did help ourselves to crisps and beer! We were on the top floor of the hotel and had a lovely view of Kosice old town. There is a Lidl two doors down and an Irish bar across the road as well as being spoiled for choice with restaurants all around us. The hotel arranged a couple of taxis for us too.

There was nothing terrible that we didn't like just a few observations that could be easy to improve. The bath towels are a little small and the bathroom needs some cosmetic work (door handle broken and the skirting boards are cracked) the breakfast was also a little strange to us as it wasn't the typical continental breakfast you might see abroad. No food was labelled so I had no idea what most of the food was or what was in it. My husband is lactose intolerant so we weren't sure what was safe to eat but it was displayed very nicely and the staff were constantly cleaning tables and restocking plates.

Amazing location on the main pedestrianized street. The rear car park and access is a bonus even if not a driver as taxi drivers can drop you there rather than having to walk a long way round. We ate in the restaurant and the food and presentation was great. Our room was spacious and quiet. The staff are all lovely especially the wonderful receptionist who not only helped me book train tickets to Bratislava, but also printed out tickets for us.

The air conditioning was a little poor

Superb location, right in the centre of Kosice and surrounded by numerous great restaurants, bars, and shops. Several of the main attractions within walking distance. Area felt safe, even at night. Breakfast was great - lots of options for all tastes, including vegetarians. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff spoke excellent English and were very informative and helpful. Great drinks and cake available in the bar, with very pleasant servers.

Wifi was slow and kept disconnecting. Layout of room was somewhat odd.

Excellent hotel staff!!! I arrived with a serious problem on my motorbike and the hotel facility manager Mr.Marcel took care of it and found immediate technical help despite it was the weekend evening. Hotel room is comfy and the double bed swallowed me for the whole night resting. The hotel parking place is large enough and perfectly safe behind the walls. Bar and kitchen service was customer oriented and served the guests on the Kosice Main street terrase. I will come back!
