Lovely hotel in Bankov, just outside of the city of Košice. We really enjoyed our stay there. The hotel is clean and the surroundings are amazing. Staff is super friendly and the food at the restaurant is very good. If you want to stay in a quiet place away from the city, this is the place for you.

The bathroom was a bit small and we didn't have air conditioning in our room. But we had a fan that kept us alive in the heat and humidity. 🤣

The location is amazing, in a forest with fresh air (and still not far from the city centre). Nice rooms and lobby area, latter with full of interesting paintings. Very nice staff in the restaurant, they were flexible and offered dairy free dishes/gluten free bread. They all speak good English, receptionist was also helpful. Small jacuzzi, but lovely sauna &relaxing area in wellness.

The view of the room was not what we expected.

This hotel breathes history and has a special atmosphere, making you feel going back in time while having modern comfort at the same time. We had a large and quiet room at the back side of the hotel. Staff was very friendly and forthcoming. The breakfast room is nicely decorated. I enjoyed their coffee too.

The weather was rather bad and so it was rather dark in the room as it faced the woods

Loved the spa part of the hotel, definitely would return. Just really get to relax and enjoy yourself. It is a bit secluded but taxis are cheap enough in Slovakia so didn’t mind that at all.

Honestly wasn’t a huge fan of breakfast, wish there were more options.

Greqt location, professional staff , amazing food. Hotel offers bikes, hiking opportunities. Big rooms, bathroom. Wellness is intbe hotel. Great price for all services. I will recommend to friends a d family. Planning to come back in near future.

Missing good lighting in parking lot.

Nice hotel, located in the hills above the town with many good walking and cycling routes nearby . A big room, very comfortable bed

Breakfast was a bit disappointing - basic supermarket cheese and salami, simple eggs , basic low cost coffee machine

Quiet room in wellness area after sauna is the nicest I've been in, with dim lights, fireplace and queen-size beds creating very nice atmosphere. Very nice, attentive and helpful staff. Overall quiet place to stay, with great outdoor walk possibilities.

The basic room is quite small. I would consider paying-up for more comfort.

The location was excellent: a very beautiful place in the forest, but at the same time not far from the city center. The breakfast was delicious.

The were holes in the mosquito net, that is why we could not sleep with the opened window, though we would like to because the room did not have AC and we liked the fresh air outside.

Incredibly nice staff, both at the front desk & in spa. Rooms are a bit too small, but manageable. Nice breakfast, but coffee is terrible (hot chocolate was good). Amazing spa.

Great wellness centre, with good size swimming pool and a selection of saunas. The relaxation room with fireplace place and outside jacuzzi are amazing! Lovely location in the middle of a forest. Nice historic building and decor.
