The rooms were clean, comfy, and big enough. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were not great. However, we could get an additional pillow from reception. The location is ideal: it is right next to the square, and it's easy to get to the castle. Parking is sorted via a parking garage, and you pay half price as a hotel guest. The massages and wellness were good, too.

The massages were good enough but not as good as we were hoping. It could get a bit crowded at breakfast regarding available seats, but it wasn't a large enough issue to be concerned about. We wanted to have keys to open the door that connected our two rooms; however, the reception couldn't give us the key as the necessary staff had gone home already (not sure how that would affect the availability of the keys)

The location of the hotel is right at the base of the castle and in the city center. Everything was great, from the room, beds, up to the bfast choices. Staff was very courteous, lots of options for bfast.

The rate is a bit pricey compared to the size of Trancin (prices as in big capitals). Too bad if the reservation is made via another channel except hotel site, guests have no access to the relax pool.

The breakfast had limited variety, no croissants, the coffee machine didn't provide chocolate, no Nutella and generally if something finished, they didn't replace it.

Breakfast, location right there in the centrum is very nice. Lots of restaurants and sights within walking distance.

Would if be possible to beef up your fitness room a little bit. Some dumbbells, yoga mats, ab balls, maybe a multi purpose exercise machine, a weight bench, etc. That would put you over the top in my opinion.

The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean. Hotel is in the center of old town. Very nice town with beautifull castle. You can park near the hotel but you will pay for the parking.

A gem of the charming city of Trenčin. The central location. The elegance of the building. Comfort sexond to none. And the politeness and kindness of the employees.

Location is great, hotel is large and modern, great history of the hotel and very well maintained

Breakfast is a bit rough, rooms are actually very small ( at least ours was - like one of those parent -kids connected Rooms - ours was the kids ones meaning 2 hand languages fit with struggle.

It is a nice hotel with well combined old and new architecture. Very friendly staff, comfortable stay.
