Excelent support from the stuff. The cheapest way to stay the night, but also clean and comfortable. The only bad thing was the noice during the night made from some guests.

they did not understand english, but becouse of the familiarity of our both native language we understood each other pretty well

Clean room, good kitchen, easy come in to the bulding, lots of castles around the hotel, easy access to the shop

No ladys bathroom on second floor

It was great value for the money. It met our expectations. Rooms were big and clean. Fridge is on every room.

Toilets and showers could be cleaner. My suggestion is to make available disinfection for the toilet bowl. You have to push water switch every ~5s.

Nice and clean, had a room right next to the “entertainment room” so it was a little noisy. Fortunately people there weren’t loud so I could sleep well enough.

Location was a little off, nothing terrible tho, just a few minutes drive from the centre.

Place is good for staying one night and also there are many young people whom you can interact with.

Place is very far away from city center and receptionist doesn’t speak english but he was very friendly.

Early check-in. The room was spacious enough and we got towels. Tesco is only 1 km away. It is open daily (6: 00-24: 00).

There were a lot of guests in the hotel and all facilities (kitchen, toilet, shower) were overloaded. We were tired but couldn't sleep well because of the noise from the party in the downstairs and from the street nearby; pillows were uncomfortable.

I had mixed feelings. Seemed like there are refugees living in this hotel.

Tv in room, fridge in room, big room, multiple wardrobes, curtains that made the room dark, small common areas all around the hostel, modern building, good security,

The showers have timers for the water that only last 20 seconds which means you have to keep pressing the button for water. There are 3 kitchens but very little cutlery, there were 3 forks in the entire hostel, 1 pot big enough to cook Spaghetti in, only a couple of cups other than what was in the room, toilets have no locks, toilet paper ran out and was not replaced, motion sensor lights which some did not work, also the kitchen has a motion sensor light that turned off every 30 seconds which is annoying. A fair walk from the city but we did know that before booking.

Where did I miss reading that there was no bathroom and toilet? When I got there it was crowded at the main door with people smoking and kids playing. It turns out it is presumably a converted office block now operating as a refugee camp.Not their fault they are refugees but do not put paying guests in as well. The room was narrow with a high ceiling and a sauna. The bathroom shower/toilet was down a corridor like in a public swimming pool, Curtain was not hygienic. You were given a toilet roll in your room. 2nd night I went back and my towels were removed and not replaced. What I had left in the fridge had been removed. The bed which I had dragged to under the window had been dragged back to against the wall. Kids screaming all night and running up the corridor. Another horrid experience. Could not breathe in the room as a total sauna and outside people smoking so you inhaled their smoke. There was a kettle in a room where you could boil water. Shoes on racks in the corridor. I felt totally intimidated entering the property,. By the men and the women. It is not for Europeans. It is a refugee camp. Do not take paying guests. I made a total mistake booking this.
