The staff were friendly and helpful and the apartment room was spacious and had a modern, clean bathroom. It was really quiet and peaceful, and the grounds were lovely. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of hot and cold food and the Sky Bar was beautifully decorated and was a nice place to relax with a cocktail in the evening.

Part of the wardrobe fell off the wall on arrival, which gave me a bit of a fright. We also hired bikes, and mine was so old and cronky it got a puncture halfway though our bike ride, and my husband had to run back with it! However, I wasn't charged for it - but to be fair, I would rather have paid for a bike that I could actually use!! On the last morning we went to the swimming pool for a last swim, only to find it was closed for cleaning. As this was a big reason for booking the hotel, we were disappointed that no one had mentioned that the pool would be closed. However the pool when we did use it was excellent.

Compared to other locations around, prices were affordable yet included swimming pools and discounted spa services for guests. The breakfast was good, we enjoyed having some options for lactose/gluten/histamine intolerance. The room was comfortable. Everyone working in the facility we interacted with was kind and helpful. Finally, we appreciated the bike rental service and the possibility to check out in the late afternoon for a small fee.

The Jacuzzi was not working properly during our stay. However, we observed that the issue was fixed in couple of days.

The location was awesome - max 10 mins from the city center by foot and next to a beautiful park. Breakfast had lots of choices, the pool was really nice with the yard for resting and tanning. The hotel itself is older style but it has everything needed, it's comfortable and clean (super family friendly!). We loved the AC and the balcony. The staff was always smiley and helpful, even spoke English :)

Maybe a kettle would have been nice in the room. Bed not the most comfy but it was okay :)

The hotel has many facilities but the pool is the best. The cafe is so nice. Thank you for fulfilling our special meal request also!

Rooms may be bigger and cleaner. Also check out should be 11:00 instead of 10:00.

Good location, good service and excellent atmosphere. I liked perfect breakfasts, spa and wellness, clean swim pull, and very polite staff. I recommend to visit sauna and massage procedures - the idial for relax.

The cigaret smoke from rooms on the lower floor came into our room via the balcony :-( Didn't like the carpet in the room.

I loved my stay in hotel Park, perfect food, very easy acces to pool, SPA or other treatments.

The bed mattress was a bit hard for sleeping.
