It was my second visit to Petite Provence. I stayed at the Apartment, beautiful, modern, clean and was comfortable for my 5 kids and two parents. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. The location and rooms are upmarket. It is located 300m from the beach. No loadshedding. Owner looked after us. Close to Salt Rock Shopping Centre and many other shops.

The B&B does not offer lunch or dinner. However, it met my expectations, as I preferred to order takeaways or go out for dinner.

Petite Provence B&B guest rooms and communal areas are very well appointed and the decor is authentic. The rooms are very large and meet all the needs a traveller may have. The breakfasts were generous and fresh. The property location is close enough to the main shopping areas and restaurants whilst being far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle - offering a quiet and private retreat. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

The wi-fi connectivity was not fast or reliable enough in the room for a business traveller but fortunately I had taken my own back-up along and the signal was adequate to suits my needs.

The room was lovely and peaceful, breakfast was always served promptly and delicious.

The room had a lovely patio overlooking a small gravel garden. We were put in this room because we needed a garden for our small dog we brought with. The gravel was a little unpleasant, I think grass would provide a much better environment both for guests and their pets. But that's just being very picky :)

A beautifully decorated Provençal style property within walking distance from the beach and a quick 4km drive from Ballito’s Ocean Drive Rd/restaurants. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Our room was elegant and comfortable with a beautiful balcony and two bi-fold doors which meant we could sleep with the doors wide open. The property faces the coast which means you get a spectacular sunrise on a clear day. An added bonus - easy proximity to King Shaka (Durban) Airport.

We stayed there only one night on our way from Durban airport to the game reserves in the North. We had a very comfortable stay in the villa which was very spacious, nicely furbished and clean. The place is very quiet. They don't have a restaurant and there's not much around for dinner, but we found a great Mozambican restaurant close to the beach and really enjoyed the food. The breakfast was nice, plenty of choices, fresh and good quality food. The owner whom we met in the morning was very friendly.

Beautiful gardens and decor. Rustic look of furniture and decorations throughout was great. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Shower water pressure was too low. Shower water temperature was low so not a very pleasant showering experience. Tried contacting the office using the number provided for help to set up the tv-no answer and call was not returned.

Very homely Furniture was so appropriate and pretty to see💕 Staff were great. We booked in one night but requested to stay for another night. Couldn’t have spent our 16th anniversary any better. Peaceful Private Accommodating Thank you ☺️

Just wished they sold some alcoholic beverages and perhaps a little restaurant,even if it’s basic food apart from breakfast offered.

This Guest House was just gorgeous! In almost 20 years of travel in South Africa le Petite Provence is easily the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. The two rooms we had on our three visits were exquisitely furnished in the style of a French mas. The gardens and pool were beautifully maintained and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served on a lovely terrace and included cooked food and an extensive European buffet - so lovely.

The place is heavenly! It's the perfect place for tranquility and beauty setting up the atmosphere of relaxation.Perfect location as it's in walking distance to the beach, restaurants and nearby hotel. The buffet breakfast was really great! The staff were friendly and the whole experience was nothing short of amazing! It felt like we were in France with all the artistic detail to the decor!We'll definitely return. Thanks Nina for being a great host!

The initial on boarding could have been a bit more efficient ie no one initially to welcome us and give immediate direction.

we were in the presidential suite which is very grand and spacious. It was so comfortable in the room and bed was very inviting. Having stayed at the property before we had anticipated it would not have changed from the previous occasion and we were not disappointed. The breakfasts are prepared to order, and are delicious.
