This villa is luxury and cozy. You have beautiful private chalet, garden and pool. From terrace you can see ocean. It's like a part of paradise! Nobody disturbs you. It's calm and safe area in the center of Ballito. This place has great location, it's near best beaches (about 3-5 min. by car), 30 min. by foot. The way by foot to Willard and Thompson beaches is perfect and safe. We like Thompson beach and its nice tidal pool. Ballito centre shopping is 5 min. by foot from villa. You have lots of good restaurants and shops there. We like to eat there in wozza (meat) and fish (local ousters). Rob & Nikki are excellent hosts, helps us in all that we need, giving advices by whatsup during our trip. And they have two amazing ridgebacks Braedy and Pippa, who stole our hearts. We highly recommend this place. Those who get it are just the lucky ones!

We just liked that lovely, cosy hide away in the middle of town in reach with our favourite mall - the life center with plenty of fabulous restaurants at your door step

Downside is the limitation of payment options - cash or bank transfer only

The surrounding are pretty green, and the gardens are lovely. we were able to use the swimming pool of the main house. Nikki is very helpful and friendly. it’s close to major shopping centres.

the cottage is quite small but comfortable. there is no space for a table inside but as the weather was good we could enjoy a meal on the patio.

Absolutely gorgeous!!! Loved everything about it! Pure bliss and tranquility Nikki is an awesome host. Will definitely be back soon!

A beautifully done out place with friendly hosts and staff. Nikki also went the extra mile to provide us with breakfast and extra touches.

From the photos, I was not sure whether there was a view from the chalet or not.

The host Nikki is absolutely amazing. The accommodation was perfect, quiet and private. The breakfast made by Hilgar was delicious. The location is ideal, near many malls and activities. Will definitely be booking again.

Kingsley House is truly superb in every way. Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, every conceivable comfort has been implemented and made available to guests, it's spacious with a wonderful ambiance, the views are spectacular and the garden is an oasis on its own! Nikki was fantastic! Great communication, and recommendations of things to do. The property was excellent, cottage and grounds were all you could ask for…

The breakfast was scrumptious. The place is located right next to the mall and many beaches around there. It's really beautiful.

There's absolutely nothing I didn't like about the place, it was clean, the garden is beautiful.
