The Suite was perfect to relax with my friends who stayed around and they were welcomed by the staff. The manager , was very friendly and understanding.The Bar area and the Resturant Good, very friendly waiter.

The hawkers on the street next to the Hotel entrance Improve on the Room Services, u can keep us up to date on our order from the Resturant instead of following up. You tend to be angry especially if you have been waiting too long for your order to be delivered. Change your reception desk, it gives an old image of the Hotel,

Dit was 'n baie spesiale tyd, want dit was my Verjaarsdagperiode en vir die Proteas wat in die gewen het. They were very accommodating, because they made it special for both supporters of the cricket, and also provided us free transportation to and from the game. They also let us check-in early and dash off to the game as some of us arrived 1.5-2 hrs from the start of the first test. The bar and staff was great, very welcoming and brilliant, any rugby or cricket game again, I WILL BE BACK, thank you. Baie Dankie. (Ed from ZIM)

It was perfect, so all mushi, baie lekker! VERY GOOD

On arrival, the basement parking is secure & convenient. Staff from reception to dining were wonderful! The room was very clean & tidy; I loved the handwritten welcome card, the BON Hotel hat & hot sauce which I took away as souvenirs. Breakfast was great; exactly if not better than I had seen online

Two minor things - day 2 the bathroom sink didn't drain properly & the toilet was rather hard to flush

Very friendly and efficient staff, Khumo and Molebogeng are doing the magic there! They welcomed us with fun, having to pop ballons and get surprise vouchers to spend in their Bar. This hotel used to be the Marriot Protea Hotel years back, and it was now our 1st time after new ownership. We were sceptical but curious to try it. To our surprise!! They have done a very great job in keeping up with the previous standards and more. We loved the new look of wooden floors instead of traditional hotel mat, very clean room, comfortable beds . The full english breakfast, with all goodies, variety and pastry, served by smiling and loving kitchen staff. Safe parking at the basement.

Everything about the. Hotel,i have slept there a couple of times. This time around the hotel exceeded my expectations. We slept on the 7th floor and the room was very nice and very huge, the room was serviced daily.

I was very unhappy with one of the receptionist that was on duty on Friday the 9th in the morning. Keabetswe, she is very rude, i was there in June, she was very rude and i just ignored her. On Friday was my 2nd encounter and her attitude was still terrible, that's when i took down her name. Otherwise the entire staff was friendly and helpful, from the guy that carries the luggage, the restaurant staff right to the security personnel at the underground parking.

Just about everything. Apart from the reception staff who worked late evenings who were a touch grumpy the rest of team could not have been more friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a great choice and was very tasty and the food we ate in the bar and restaurant was excellent. Lovely friendly lady in the bar (Keyla?) were a credit to the hotel as the room cleaners, All in all the hotel should charge far more money for a stay especially for Europeans as it was an absolute bargain. ,Free shuttles around town as well as to the airport was a real bonus as well and they even picked us up

Room key did not work when I came back 2 evenings of the 4 nights I stayed and the reception staff did not seem very bothered plus the wifi had a life of its own and turned off quite often

I phoned the hotel before making booking as my family and I would be arriving late in the evening. The reception was friendly and assured me that they would be able to welcome me at any time. When we arrived, we were welcomed warmly and shown our rooms even though we arrived at around 23:00. My family and I enjoyed our stay and were satisfied and happy with the rooms, sizes and bed options. The next morning we had an amazing breakfast filled with numerous options. My family and I would go back to this hotel due to the amazing service, clean, beautiful rooms and amazing breakfast. Thank you for the amazing service.

Lovely place to stay! Daily housekeeping, complementary towels and commodities. Free shuttles to take you anywhere in the city during your stay (just ask the front desk). Restaurant onsite. Bloem plaza is accessible directly through the foyer of the hotel. Midrand plaza is just behind that through the lane where the hawkers are.

The hotel has the feel of being stuck in the 70s in a good way. The hotel is well preserved.

The area is just awful. You’re in the CBD so you can’t walk around as it’s not safe. There is piles of litter everywhere. Also of concern is that anyone could access the hotel from the public parking lot and go to any floor in the hotel. The security mechanism at the door connecting the hotel and the parking area is no longer working so the door is open to anyone. A serious safety concern.

Fabulous Staff who went out of their way to make my stay super fabulous, speedy service and brilliant stay that was second to none, and I have travelled internationally to know what it is like. Pontsho and Pule are names I remember but all the staff were just outstanding with tlworld class service at all times. I wish to confirm that I have been and am a guest of the Commander at the SANDF who also had positive feedback about the Bon Hotel hence I was too happy to book my stay with Bon Hotel and I am now trying to extend my stay for another 3 nights. Will highly recommend to all who travel to Bloemfontein to stay aylt the Bon Hotel, who also provided a complimentary shuttle service even after hours which is super fantastic.
