The room was well lit and had a laptop desk. The bathroom was clean. There was a kettle in the room with coffee, tea and sugar available. Towels were provided. The Mimosa shopping mall is very close by and there is a supermarket and restaurant also within easy walking distance of less than 200 meters.

I had no problems with the accommodation, as the room was in front of the common area outside, sometimes people talked loudly. But as it was very cold, they didn't stay for long.

We were greeted friendly by the staff. They showed us to our rooms and they explained to us the times of breakfast. The rooms were cleaned They found my IPad that I forgot in the room. Arrangements were made to send it to me. Trustworthy staff, I would definitely added.

Did not experience anything that I did not like.

The room is very clean; the staff is helpful; it is very safe; very close to the Mimosa Shopping Mall (< 0.5 km), where you can find everything, including restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, stores, etc. Also, the lodge has an open space in the back for you to enjoy.

The only thing I recommend is to improve the breakfast and dinner by providing in the form of buffet.

This is the second time that I've stayed there and I'll be back when I do my next race in Bloemfontein From the moment to enter the lodge you feel like family. For me the absolute bananas is that they allow you to have a late checkout as after a race one needs to shower and freshen up Thank you for everything you do for me and always willing to go the extra mile

The location was best interns of distance to my workplace, the breakfast was ok (full series of cereal diet)

The cleaning can sometimes not be 100% maybe because I was a long stay client, I don't know but fairly good staff there.

Location perfect and room clean and comfortable, good quality soft bed with fresh linen was great! Travelling with my 3 Cats and 3 Parrots, the friendly Staff was super helpful assisting me to settle my animals quickly on arrival.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

The hospitality staff is friendly and the managers are approachable and nice to people.

I like everything in future they must add showers for people like us usually come for hospital for operations so it's hard sometime to jump in the bath.

The receptionist Shaun was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean, everything was on point, the Mall is at a walking distance and other essential facilities. We really enjoyed our stay with my partner.

The staff were absolutely amazing helpful and friendly I was allowed a late check out and even allowed me to make myself comfortable in their lounge area whilst waiting for my transport I'll definitely come back Thank you everyone for making my stay so memorable

The staff is friendly at all times. Lwando will go out of his way to make you feel welcome 🤗😁
