Gorgeous room! Comfy bed and lovely shower. Location was perfect to walk down to the Main Street of Camps Bay but also nice and quiet and safe feeling. There was also a market right on the corner in sight of the guesthouse for if we wanted snacks etc. AC also worked very well for our weak northeastern US bodies.
Sometimes it was hard to communicate with the guesthouse but that was mostly because of booking.com and not the guesthouse. The ladies on site at the guesthouse during the day were always so helpful and kind.

Our favourite stay in South Africa!! Everything was perfect!! From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed and we felt at home. You have everything that you need and more. We got a complementary upgrade to a beautiful room with the most amazing sea view/sunset view. The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. They also offer an excellent laundry service. The location is also very nice, as it is in a very safe and quiet area with nice restaurants nearby. It is walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches in Cape Town. We loved our stay so much and we will definitely come back!! We cannot recommend it enough!

Everything. From reception to departure. Room was clean. Functional Aircon as it was very cold but the air helped a lot. Hot water for showering always. The fridge , cupboard space and white linen. Coffee station...perfect except I m using fresh milk not cremora. Wifi was good. House is very very clean. The host offered me to move to a room with an ocean view but I declined as I loved the mountain view better.
The mattress was not firm and the bed making noise with every movement. Linen not changed daily . Used towels not removed.

The location was great , felt safe and comfortable. The room was tidy and spacious. Small things could improve but overall a great stay. Would definitely recommend and come back.
When we arrived nobody showed us around the property. Had to regularly ask for small things. Towels weren’t changed on one day and I had to ask for fresh ones. Room wasn’t completely tidied up , used glasses were left in the room and we had to rinse them ourselves. Would’ve been nice to have a linen change at some point too.

This cute accommodation is a little further up the hill in a quiet residential area. It offers absolutely stunning views right of the lion's head and the sea. The host allowed me to choose my preferred room as it was outside the busy season. The staff was really friendly and accommodating and I highly appreciated that I was allowed to check in early.
The room could have been such a stunner with just a few little DIY touch-ups. I could tell the rooms hadn't had any renovations for years, the mirror frame was resting on the light switch, there was mould in the bathroom and there were generally many cracks and limescale in the tiles and bathtub. The location doesn't seem to be very popular with uber drivers as it's a little out of their way, which causes long waiting times. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the pool area or outside area as this was closed off due to renovations.

I recently rented this place and had an incredible experience! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering assistance with anything we needed. Moreover, the owner displayed remarkable generosity and understanding when we encountered a situation. Their kindness truly made our stay memorable and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place to anyone seeking not just accommodation, but genuine hospitality!

Big room and nicely decorated. great location.
We did not appreciate the confusion at check in - basically we were shown almost all the rooms under the pretense that “this is your room” but 30 seconds later we were told “oh, sorry, it’s not this one”. For context, we stayed in the only room downstairs. The night we stayed there was a pretty big storm and because the door to the house cannot be locked, we couldn’t sleep at all all night necause the door kept being slammed forcefully by the wind. i’m not giving a lower score because it was a one time occurance but it really was a bad stay for us.

It’s nice accommodation and it is situated 10-15 minutes by walk from Camps Bay beach, and 2 minute walk from product supermarket. The room is very spacious with exciting view on the mountains and house terrace also has a nice view on the Ocean. Good for 3-4 days staying.
Everything was good but common kitchen and the swimming pool could have been cleaner. The kitchen looks a little bit smudgy.

Very relaxing the young ladies who looked after us were exceptional nothing was too much trouble. Quite an uphill walk from restaurants and bars but citibus passes helped and Uber a couple of pound back if late returning last bus just after eight .
Sunbeds need better cushions very uncomfortable and shade needed would have used the pool area more if provided

Good value for money regarding its proximity to Camps Bay beachfront. Delightful staff.
Safe in room didn’t work and wasn’t fixed despite promises. Oven in communal kitchen didn’t work. Sign advertising wine and beer for sale but none available. Pool needed a bit of a clean. Only seemed to be two knives and forks in the kitchen. I hate writing a negative review as it is still good value for money. Just a little TLC could make all the difference.
