The staff were brilliant and a particular mention to Kerri who sorted both new accommodation and extended car hire when we heard that our departure flight with BA had been delayed by 20 hours! We enjoyed the privacy of our room (Room 3) with access to the pool, the in room breakfast and the private under ground garaging. Location good for local restaurants and ease of access to drive out from the quieter south end of Camps Bay.

The layout, comfort, and size of the apartment/room were amazing. Beautifully and tastefully furnished. Spacious, stunning bathroom. Fully equipped kitchenette. I really enjoyed their breakfast concept of delivering fresh croissants and baguettes to our room each morning, and stocking the fridge with tasty sandwich fillings, fruit etc. each day. The location is excellent- close to restaurants, literally across the road from the beach and natural tidal pool, and easy access back onto the main road.

The lady assigned to clean our room was unnecessarily rude and a bit abrupt which put a damper on our stay. However, other members of staff were generally good. There also seemed to be an ongoing issue with the entrance to the parking garage. during our stay, causing it to stay half-open. This should have been attended to with greater urgency given the potential security and safety risk.

Loved the unique breakfast setup - everyday you have freshly delivered bread hanging on your door to accompany your breakfast you make from the variety of fresh ingredients in the fridge. The items are replaced daily and the staff at reception are happy to fulfill any special requests - we asked for Oat milk and it was immediately brought to the room. The views from the rooftop pool bar are breath taking and even more so when the sun is setting. Our suite was was equipped and very clean. The staff were superb. We will definitely be back for another memorable stay

Overall we had a brilliant 4 nights here and would highly recommend The bed was extremely comfortable! The location was perfect and safe to walk to the restaurants. The food in the area is fab! The rooftop bar was great. Edwin and Arnold make great cocktails! Lovely views The breakfast is there to make yourself at your leisure with fresh croissants and baguettes delivered daily. There's plenty of food and it's quite nice that you can make some sandwiches to take out for day trips. There are washing machines and dryers to use downstairs. This came in handy as we finished our SA trip in Cape Town and had lots of washing to do. All the staff are really friendly. The car park is secure.

They thought of everything to make you feel comfortable. There is a free laundry, a lot of useful things in the room (extra blankets, different types of dishes and cutlery), complimentary fridge stock (refilled everyday). There is even an oven. Stunning views which you could enjoy from a balcony

It is not a fault of the hotel, but the location is not so good, as you may expect. Camps Bay has stunning views and a wonderful beach, however there are a lot of beggars. It is hard to enjoy the views when someone is constantly trying to beg from you. You should be aware of your pockets.

The best hotel In Cape Town and you will get the most picturesque sundown view in Africa from the hotels stunning roof top. The service is outstanding and around every corner you will find the hotel owners collection of amazing and surprising art pieces. The grand suite is designed with particular finesse for honeymooners or reconnecting couples and luxury lovers from the private pool to the double spacious rainforest showers to the cozy fireplace and outstanding bedroom and livingroom with well equipped coffee station and fridge. All the time you get the feeling of being outside while inside with cleverly designed small terraces and looks to the outside. Get your sundown drink seated on the high chairs outside overlooking the famous Camps Bay and you feel content blessed and at peace.

Only thing I can think of is a larger kitchen bin would have been nice for the guest who wants shop lots of groceries and use the great kitchen kitchen facilities.

What a wonderful place! We arrived after weeks in the bush on safari to be met with the crisp white and spectacular beach views of this hotel. The hotel is modern and well decorated with original art. Breakfast was a treat. They don't serve a buffet but rather, they spoil you with a stocked fridge full of drinks, fruit, meats and cheese. Fresh croissants and bread were delivered daily. And the wifi worked extremely well. The location was perfect, with a full view of the sunset and within stumbling distance of fabulous ocean-side restaurants. We are definitely coming back.

It would have been more perfect if guests didn't have to walk through the parking garage after reception. Quirky, but not a big deal.

The "studio" type accommodation was beautiful and roomy, overlooking the oceanside. Loved the kitchen where we could brew our teas and prep breakfast. Breakfast goods were freshly delivered each day. A bag of fresh baguettes and croissants were hung on the door early each morning and housekeeping replenished our fridge with smoked salmon, chicken deli meat, bacon, eggs, fresh fruits. We appreciated the complimentary washer (with detergent) and dryer in the ground level of the complex. The location was great for us as there were so many restaurants within walking distance and it seemed a good point to travel from for Table Mountain and the Cape of Good Hope. All in all, a great place to recupe from jet lag.

A washer and dryer in the room would have been perfection. While reception was professional and businesslike, it didn't ooze the warmth or personality of a smaller boutique hotel, but not a deal breaker.

Our stay at Camps Bay Boutique Hotel was just perfect! We were celebrating our honeymoon and the hotel went above and beyond to welcome us with a beautiful set up in our room, petals, balloons on the bed, champagne and chocolates for us to enjoy it was so gorgeous! We loved our stay and the gym facility is great too which we used a few times. Great location at Camps Bay we would 100% stay there again and all the staff were wonderful can't fault it - Thank you for a fabulous stay :)

We liked Everything. From the communication days before getting on the plane to cape town, to the warm welcome we received at the hotel that came with a room upgrade because it was my boyfriend's birthday (Thanks again for the complimentary birthday set-up), to the hospitality during our stay, until checkout-everything was just amazing. The staff took the trophy for me (Lord bless their hearts) from reception to housekeeping everyone served with a smile. The reason we booked at this place was because there were no "bad reviews" online and I can attest to why. The hotel is so clean, the view from the rooms overseeing the beach was amazing (with the most beautiful sunset in the evening that will transport you to heaven) and the self catering services allowed us to feel more at home by cooking our own meals. I have to be honest in most times we went out touring, we were always eager to come back to our room and just Netflix and chill. They also have a backup generator that keeps the TV and Wi-Fi on so no worries during load shedding. Above all the location is right next to the beach, next to the red bus stop and surrounded by very affordable restaurants in case you want to eat out. It is definitely home away from home and I will definitely be coming back soon.
