Without a doubt THE best place to stay in Camps Bay. The location is truly stunning. The property is beautiful with a relaxed vibe, fabulous decor and large suites. Breakfast was great with lots of choice and the views are incredible. But what made our stay here so special was the wonderful welcome and care that both Beach and Jen showed us. We felt like we were staying with new friends. We were given lots of information and tips for sightseeing and some really great restaurant recommendations. You can take a 20min walk down to the Bay or you can use Uber, so easy and really cheap! We had a car but only used it for sightseeing. It was such a fantastic 4 night stay with wonderful hosts, we were sad to say goodbye but can’t wait to return!❤️

Everything was perfect!

Absolutely stunning property but what made it stand out was Jennifer, Beach and their lovely team. From the moment we arrived, they couldn’t do enough for us (starting with offering for us to help ourselves to an enormous breakfast despite us having arrived several hours before the check-in time). Beach helped with dinner reservations (magically finding a time that was not available on the website) and Jennifer took some lovely photos (having previously checked we were happy for her to take them) and sent them on to us. They found that perfect balance between space/privacy and making us feel at home. Thank you Jennifer and Beach for such a wonderful experience. We definitely plan to be back!

Heaven on earth is a sad place compared to this place... i felt transported to the ever so loving and cool universe of beach and jenn. Being now out is so hard .…. i would live there all year long if I could .. beach and jenn please adopt me 🙏 This place is perfect in every sense : the generosity from the host can be seen every where : in the size of the room (so big) in the beautiful decoration (so gorgeous),inthe breakfast (never | have eaten so much and with such pleasure). The view is just magnificent, the photo could never realistically show how it is. what a sunset... what a breakfast view! you don't want to go to Capetown if you don't stay there. will be back: with my mom first - because that's where you want to bring the people you love the most. You think you go somewhere to sleep, you leave with tears in your eyes. Everything here is perfect, faultless. What a great choice. Beach and Jennifer were extremely welcoming, nothing was any trouble. Our room was beautiful leading to a variety of stunning outside spaces. The views are spectacular and peaceful and yet a short walk to the Hustle of the bay. A great team at breakfast offering lots of choice. Please try Beach’s ‘ Supreme deluxe Kansas City on the rocks’. It’s a must. We will definitely be returning.

Absolutely nothing

Everything about our stay was perfect, it was like a home away from home. The location and elevated setting are fantastic - incredible views over Camps Bay. Beach and Jennifer are such warm, generous hosts, we felt welcome and relaxed from the minute we arrived after a long day's drive. Our room was spacious, with super comfortable bed and had lots of considered details. Breakfast was fabulous, the perfect start to our day. We loved the plunge pool. Beach had loads of tips and advice on what to see and do in Cape Town and beyond.

We loved everything about staying here, from the moment Beach greeted us for check ins, to relaxing with a beer on the deck, sleeping comfortably, enjoying all of the sights and recommendations Beach gave us (we did all the things he suggested and it was perfection) through to breakfast where we had bespoke omelettes and surprise pancakes! Big thanks to Beach, Jennifer, Smiley and Sisco for making this so great we can't wait to get back.

Excellent 5 night stay at Boutique@10 with Jennifer and Beach. Ocean Suite with great views across Camps Bay is large, nice sofa area, outside terrace with 2 loungers, big bathroom. Beach does everything he can to make your stay wonderful - suggestions for places to go, dinner reservations etc. Breakfast is sumptuous and offers a variety of fruits, cereals, coffees, and cooked options - we had ours on the terrace by the small plunge pool overlooking Camps Bay. Good communications on whatsapp while we were there about dinner reservations, local info etc. 15 minute stroll downhill to restaurants in Camps Bay, 20 back up. 20 minutes from downtown Cape Town by Uber and very glad we did not stay there. This was a great start to our 15 days in SA. Highly recommend Boutique@10, and we are very picky travellers.

Boutique@10 feels like a home away from home but in the most gorgeous setting. We loved everything about our stay here. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like family by Jen and Beach. The house is stunning and the perfect location to watch sunrise to sun set. The spacious pool and balcony areas mean you can relax in the sun. The breakfast is outstanding and an experience not to be missed. The location is perfect and safe to walk to Camps Bay as well as only a short drive to Cape Town, Lions Head and Table Mountain. We will be back for sure!

This is a stunning property with very welcoming, kind and accommodating hosts. We only stayed for 1 night but wish we could have stayed for longer. We made use of the pool and terrace area which is beautiful. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. We left very early in the morning before breakfast but the staff had left some light breakfast out for us which was really appreciated. We'd love to return next time we're in Camps Bay!

Breakfast on the terrace in the morning sun with the view of Camps Bay and beach below us was superb. The setting is simply stunning. Breakfast was substantial freshly prepared and excellent and served by the hosts who did everything they could to ensure our needs were fully met. In addition the host went out of his way to assist us with local recommendations for walks and places to eat and even made several reservations for dinner on our behalf in some super busy and excellent restaurants.

Because the hotel is also the home of the hosts and also has hard floors, sound echo's through the building so the host was very keen that we kept noise down at all times and especially in the evening. Whilst it didn't overly affect us, we did feel like we were more guests in a residential home than guests in a hotel which I hadn't expected.
