All the places are very Clean and well came at the reception was very good. And the security are there every day for protection. Keep it up

Place is very clean but most importantly the staff was super friendly and helpful from security, front desk to housekeeping.

When I told someone where I was staying they asked "why do I stay at a hotel for prostitutes?" Is there something I'm missing I wondered.

The hotel receptionist were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The place looked exactly as advertised, with a clean, modern design that was both cozy and comfortable. It truly felt like home, with thoughtful touches throughout. •The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. •The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. •The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, ideal for working remotely. •The outdoor space was a lovely bonus for relaxation. •The hotel staff provided excellent local recommendations, making my stay even better. Overall, it was great value for money—I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a homey, stress-free experience

The rooms are quite clean and the staff is very nice. The aircon is super useful because Durban can be humid at night. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and the cashier offered to hold our very active toddler while we ate. That left a good note.

Parking is charged at R50 extra and I felt it was too expensive. The toilet door can only close when you are inside the loo. When you come out you can't close it. It's not broken, it's the design. The toilet roll is 1 ply. I wasnt happy about that.

Their wi-fi was not very stable and I was fully dependent on it as a visitor from another country One night it was completely off After cleaning, they kept forgetting to leave tea packs and I ended up not even reminding them anymore. Just bought my own pack of tea because I'm a very reserved person After staying a full week with them, I kind of overdid the drinking on the last night and couldn't wake up on time the time of checking out. They called my room to tell me to check out and it was very embarrassing because I had to pack my bags at the reception Their bar didn't really have a lot of stock until on Friday. When I vacation, I drink everyday. But with them, if they had Gin, they didn't have tonic. If you opted to dash with juice, the Gin is finished after 2 rounds

The hotel is located in a central location of Durban, easy access to the beachfront, malls and other entertainment areas, depending on an individual's preferences. From the friendly receptionist, the helpful securities, good food at the restaurant and the super honest and diligent housekeepers, everything was on point. I forgot my money on the table in the room when I went out, and I found it there on my return. The integrity of the cleaning ladies is second to none, I was wholly impressed and enjoyed my stay. I will definitely come back.

Please have irons for clothes in the rooms. Bedside lamps would be great also to avoid having to stand up and switch off the lights when already in bed. Regularly check the remote batteries, when I arrived my TV remote batteries were dead, but I was assisted swiftly.

We arrived way too early before the check in time but the receptionist on duty that morning made us feel like she was waiting for us, we were told that the first room to be available would be given to us and we requested the room with a view but they were full at the time and we didn't mind to move the following day. So the beautiful lady told us to wait at the bar where we find the most friendly and beautiful ladies too. Within an hour of waiting we were told the room was ready and we were checked in the best of them all room 201. Sadly we didn't get to see the receptionist until we checked out she was friendly and understanding of her guests.

The veranda needs some fixing the roof was leaking though it won't be an overnight job but please work on it

The service was excellent.... even though the breakfast disappointed us on a first day. I like how they resolved our problem so fast, the management she was so helpful and i got helped, it seems like she noticed that my girlfriend was pregnant and she understood the challenge i had.

The noise there starts early in the morning like around 06:00 and it ends very late around 00:30 some guests dont respect the rules of the hotel. The was no swimming pool 🥺 if they think of building one it will attract more visitors, painting was not good at all on the balcony and outside the hotel, renovations has to be made.

It’s only a few minutes to the beach, the staff was so friendly from the reception. Big ups to the 2 boys who work the 14:00 hrs - 22:00hrs shift you made everything easy by always helping to carry our things. beds were changed everyday and rooms also were cleaned everyday thanks to the cleaners. To the kitchen staff thank you for the delicious breakfast ❤️.the whole place is neat am definitely coming back
