Cleanliness, the place was good and comfortable and the stuff was welcoming and friendly and the place is located on the busy road so transportation is easy to find

The management team must fix this parking problem that's the only thing that can shase clients away because there is no parking I had to pay parking somewhere else and come walking

The cleanliness of the room.

The response when a client asks for help they often ignore. I called the reception for an iron and someone at the reception said that someone will bring it. They simple forget about my request and had to go down myself to collect it. The other challenge is that i paid the deposit online using United States dollars but when i wanted to pay using United States dollars, the response was that they only take rands only, it took a while for someone to then said pay using the dollars and the rate was was not good. hence, there is need to put a system that allows payment in USD.

We got a more welcome from security guard more than the reception staff there is a guy from security department who make us feel safe and secured even when we go out he will give directions and safety tip off unfortunately I forget to ask his name

Inside the rooms they didn't put glasses and plates And there was only one shower no bath in room 118 in room 111 only one bath no shower next time we will like to be placed to the rooms that have a shower and bath so that it won't take time waiting for one another

The rooms were very clean and the service was excellent

There was nothing I didn't like. Perhaps they can let the guests use their dining hall to eat their dinner as eating in the rooms is not nice, I feel that we make the rooms dirty. Also they just need to put a mat in the bathroom

It was a walking distance to the sea and the hotel staff were so welcoming and helpful . The cream donut from their shop was sooo delicious.

No towels in our rooms and room42 is too small the shower too close to our bed and the water runs under the bed whilst bathing. Everything was up to standard except room42

The rooms we're clean, short of towelsfrom two of the rooms but they gave us as soon I place the request all other things was great. Security and staff was also great can't complain with everything our stay was great ❤❤❤❤

The room set up as we where in 3 separate floors.

Hospitality. Staff was gentle, friendly and always willing to assist where necessary.

Hotel was clean. Food was good and served in a clean enviroment. There was a tight security in and outside of the hotel. Staff was friendly.

Cleaning supervisor was rude , we complained about room services and she wasn't happy that we lodging a complain. Rooms needs renovations the're plants growing insides rooms especially bathrooms and the smell was not good , they need maintain their carpets . This time their room were not fresh one of the room it was smelling cigarette 😒

Room was clean and staff came and clean and change the beddings.

The micro oven was not provided in the rooms and that was my turn off because i was eating my own food. and i stayed for 4 days

It is not far from the beach and the shopping center. I have enjoyed my stay. The problem is the check in time,, I would like the management to change check in time especially for people like us who are from Johannesburg. At least cater us for early check in.

The staff were very kind friendly and helpful. They were helping in everything that we in need of.
