The room is specious, and the Harbour views were outstanding, bathroom sparkling clean and front desk staff very friendly

The room is clean but the curtain dirty dirty dirty , and during breakfast one of the bowls had a dead cockroach and I was told they were fumigating 👀 which made me question if dishes were not washed after? Though the gentlemen I spoke to said they were washed but...... Otherwise that's the only bad thing otherwise I was happy with everything,

Tje water was not hot at all stayed for 2 nights day nd night had a cold bath, which is not really good especially after a day out and the mornings you want to have a hot bath, it was not even warm it was cold.

Check out time is 10am but you find housekeeping knocking at 9:30 Asking when can they come start cleaning Personally I think it's a bit unprofessional and it's puts guests at a very uncomfortable situation To me it has happened twice now

I was on the 19th floor. The first night there was a massive party at the pool on the 21st floor, which lasted until 2 am and disrupted my sleep. Also when I tried to call room service the phone was permanently engaged, and there was no room service menu in the room.

The place was very neat, the bed was very comfortable and there is so much peace and quietness.

The water bath water was warm if not cold and the iron in the ironing rooms were not of good quality so I ended up burning my cloths while trying to iron. I was not pleased with the fact that I only had one sachet of coffee I requested onother one and they refused. But either than that I enjoyed my stay at the hotel

Staff friendly, enough time allocated for breakfast,room service done on time everyday.

The curtains,the flushing at the toilet is so difficult.Room service they did not refill coffee and tea and sugar until we left.sheet and pillow cases were not changed for the whole 3 nights.

Breakfast was lovely nd the venue was clean.

At the rooms we had not enough toiletries and towel were not changed properly only had 2 while we were four in a room. Even shower cabs were none.

The carpet was dirty and the smell wasn't so pleasant.The bathing soap and conditioners was only issued once. I requested a cot on my booking but it was never there and not even a reason why is not supplied.I also requested a little birthday surprise for both my daughter and I,(thought they would maybe decorate our bed or just a little something) but nothing though in the booking confirmation it was said it will be done.We were both very disappointed at this.

I liked to room , the view was so beautiful from the 8th floor . The bed was super comfy ☺️Loved the spaciousness of the room. Loved the location ! Stepping outside the hotel you can go on a little stroll by the park next to the municipality . It’s such a lovely area. Stuff was friendly and always ready to help

They did not Allocate us to our designated rooms: - resulting in us having wrong Room keys and struggling to get breakfast : We had 3 rooms with different number of people sharing … we were all in wrong rooms (each other’s rooms) one person was not sharing so my parents couldn’t get breakfast because they had my brother’s room key which was for single and not sharing … so they were asked to pay for breakfast. Only found out it’s my brothers room key after I went and enquirer about it… but they still didn’t change it or inform each other about the changes. Next time they should just tell us the right rooms to get into to ( from check in) to avoid this .. it happened everyday at breakfast
