The rooms are so clean and the property doesn't seem old. The rooms are stunning as advertised. Great value for money. I would book this hotel again. We tried the mutton curry bunny on their menu and it was good.

At breakfast (it's free), my partner had left so I was alone and 3 tables got served before me mind you it the same things except if you add on which I didn't and it's takes up to an hour to arrive. It tasted good though. I went both days that we had booked, first day with my partner.

Great value for money. I would visit the place again.

The rooms were very clean. Housekeeping, Breakfast waiter & some reception staff were very friendly. I was assisted with hot water in my flask. I wish there was kettle coz I'm a coffee person (day & night) . The music they play at the dinning area and the food served is awesome, real butter & sausage.

It's not really about what I didn't like but I just a request for a kettle ONLY on my next visit. I do have my mugs & coffee, but just a kettle during my stay would be awesome. I do recommend the place for anyone. Thank you.

The breakfast was delicious but too little though for a man with a big appetite like mine, but it was taste. The properties is well organized, I liked everything about this place. The bar and the restaurant, the rooms are superb, but the actual location of the property was bit out of place, cause the it bit far from the beached, the mall and the shopping complex. More over there is no view of anything outside except the road and the cars that are passing by and the bridges, but the overall experience of this property was awesome, I love it the convenience of the bar, restaurant and the cleanliness of the whole property. I will definitely go back and visit the property especially for their delicious dishes.

The attitude of the lady at the bar, I believe she can do better, she didn't have the welcoming spirit to the guest of which ended up almost affecting our mood. She is grumpy and bit rude when you seek clarity about the flavors of drinks she available at the bar. I believe she can do better, by being a little bit patient with guest and their queries. Otherwise everybody else was nice and friendly, with that much needed welcoming spirit.

The place is far from the beach and facilities but it is good if you need peace and quiet. The staff is very helpful and are exceptional at helping the visitors and guest alike. The best is if they can have a shuttle like service for taking people to and from town and the beach etc with set times. The rooms are immaculate and even though I booked a standard one it was value for money. If I go back again to the place because now that I know what is needed it won't frustrate me like it did this time.

We booked this hotel because Bookings.com has their location at 1-2 km away from the beach and entertainment. Please rectify this as we from the mainland think it is viable for us for it is but a walking distance. The other thing is the place is far from shops and convenient stores are just one garage which is a walking distance on a busy road but few people walking around which can be a negative should anything happen like a robbery. Also the public transport is different and people from the hotel don't even trust the service. We had to use Bolt and even though it was fair priced the other driver had us pay double for our trip and because my phone went off before I could report him and I tried but could not get the right channel to report him.

The Hotel has lots of charm. The room that I had stayed in was neat, clean and tidy. All the available items within the room were operational, including the usb charging sockets. The bathroom was cleaned daily and toiletries replaced accordingly. The towels were clean and white. Whilst the hotel has old school charm, it is a perfect destination for a business stay. It is central to durban as well as to pinetown.

Nothing was out of place or sub par. Everything just worked.

The location, room services were great. The rooms were clean, staff kind and beds very comfortable. Everything was accessible from the hotel using a car.

The restaurant services weren't great. The complementary breakfast took forever to arrive for both days I stayed there. Both times I had to ask if there was a problem, then finally your breakfast arrives, but you are not offered serviettes, sources and not even the salt. The restaurant staff looked frustrated as well.
