The place is good 👍 although it was my short stay but I promise but I did enjoyed myself to be there and I hope I will visit the in a near future . We received a warm welcome and stay was up to standard . I have forgotten my shirt there but I did phone the management and eventually I was assisted. The breakfast was delicious .

To be fair I have seen nothing wrong ,we were provided with a safe parking and also the accommodation was also safe

The place was really nice. I was very spacious. The beds were really nice and had an electric blanket. They provided us with coffee and all the facilities we need were there,Like an iron, a microwave and kettle.

I didn't like the fact that you have pay extra to get breakfast. It would be nice if the breakfast was included in the accommodation price, that way you don't have to worry about extra fees. and the wifi was bad, I connected to it but it didn't work.

Nothing much just appreciated the hospitality. I would use it again. Red thank you for taking time to chat and assuring me that leaving my daughter at Rhodes is the best decision. Andiswa thank you.

The telephone directory is not updated the numbers just don't work, if there is a way to make ordering easy while being there it would be awesome. We had to walk in the blazing sun to get food .

Breakfast came very very late. I had requested that my breakfast be prepared at 7am as I had to go with my colleagues to a meeting outside Grahamstown. But it only came just before 8am after numerous reminders/requests. I had also chosen scrambled eggs but was served with fried had to eat as there was no time to wait more.

I was really surprised when I saw our apartment. It was beyond my expectations. I will definitely stay there again without second thought. If I book in the future I'll definitely want to stay in the same apartment again

I give all thanks to the staff were excellent. I and my family arrived there early before the check-in time. The stuff made all effort to prepare the rooms for us in a space of 30 min. I was expecting them to say to me to wait for checking time by nope. They really understand that I travel long distances to get there. They made sure that my family get to rest.

The staff are very kind and friendly. They are always willing to help you , I couldn't ask for better assistance. They are good at what they do.

The toilet of the apartment wasn't in a good condition though, with a broken seat and an old flushing system which took a long time to fill up. I strongly advise them to attend it because it's not a good thing for any guest to experience

Excellent service. Kind and respectful staff. The designing and preparation of room 3 upstairs was stellar.

The loft only has one bathroom but accommodates at least 5 people. The shower head and the toilet flushing system may benefit from some repairs.

Honestly liked how we have room service during our stay - usually self catering places don't offer room service until you leave. So I thoroughly loved that. Also, it was very easy to get a hold of reception - especially on your phone.

Honestly, the backyard place we had wasn't clean. There were still cigarette buds from previous stays - honestly didn't appreciate that cause we never got the chance to sit outside. Also, the bed was very hard. Cutlery and dishes were very dusty. The dish cloths left residue on the plates and glasses when you wiped them, so we had to re-rinse the dishes before use.

The place is very spacious with a big enough kitchen and a little balcony that offers privacy. Great for self catering accommodation 💯💖🏢

The staff on duty was not too helpful, especially after I misplaced my keys and couldn't access the premises 😔
