The front desk is always manned by happy, helpful and efficient people. The location is perfect, central and close to everything every direction. Daily cleaning keeps the apartment thoroughly fresh at all times. The apartment is spacious. The security is on point.

Well, in the early hours (after midnight) of Saturday morning some 3 residents who had had a night out arrived and could not get in as the gate was closed. They pressed the intercom at the gate over and over again without feedback. When this did not work, they hammered the gate in order to call someone's attention to open. Guess what the sound of hammering did, it woke people up, including me. Appearing through my curtains to see what was going on, there they were having a go at the gate with the sound getting louder the more they hammered it with some hard object, maybe a rock. The question is, where was the guard?! Dreamland perhaps? One more thing, my skin reacted to something on the bed. Thorough bed checking and/or mattress/sheet cleaning perhaps?

Awesome people, great apartment. Really safe and good security. We love our 3rd bedroom apartment, we are here for a month already, and never had any bad experience, or complaint. The apartment is spacious, the kitchen is well fitted with all the main appliance and in good working condition (feels brand new). There is enough kitchen utensils and more than enough cutlery and crockery. Well done, you are doing a great job! Every single staff memeber, from, front desk, security, cleaining, gardening to maintenance, are friendly, helpful and a pleasure to interact with.

The apartment was very spacious , it had 2 nice bedrooms and a small kitchen, sitting and dining area with 1 spacious bathroom

We literally had to ask for things like tissues and we had asked the receptionist to assist with netflix but it nvr happened , the TV was not a smart TV and therefore we could not watch anything on it bcz it had abt 10 boring channels, no music or movie channel. We were 4 in the apartment but there were only 2 cups of tea, 3 plates , no pots n we only got them after asking from the reception. The phone in the room wasn't working so every time we needed something we had to go to the reception. Wen showering u can't use hot water from any of the taps otherwise the shower water becomes cold. The guests that were on the next room kept on making noise in the early mornings both Saturday and Sunday morning

The apartment was spacious and modern. The rooms were comfortable. Hotel staff were all friendly and accommodating. Having the kitchen. Utilities available for a longer stay was great.

There were only minor issues. Kitchen utensils were missing from the room and were sparse in general so that can be improved. We had no hot water when we checked in on Monday but we understand this was an issue in the area related to the gas line. The couches in the lounge while modern looking are not very comfortable.

The staff were friendly and the location was good. The apartment had plenty of space with three bedrooms which met our needs. Covered parking was a plus.

We arrived in the evening when it was dark and the lobby is decorated in dark colours so I was a bit nervous at first. The apartment was good but there were a few things like slightly loose taps in the bathroom and the doors had chips in them at the bottom which gave it a bit of a feel that the place needed a little work done to it. Beds could have been slightly bigger too.

Staff were very friendly and efficient and saw to all our resquests. They were also very accommodating. Rooms are smart and very clean. Meeting room was fabulous. Pool and garden was lovely and peaceful. We had a lovely stay. Thank you, Portia, for going the extra mile and dealing with all my requests from weeks before our arrival. You and the rest of the staff are amazing!

Everything was lovely, besides the fact that a lot of the dishes were chipped. It would be nice if there was a hair dryer in the room and a cloth to wipe kichen counters with.

Location is great, room size is great and the appearance of the hotel.

Beds are very uncomfortable. You can feel that the mattresses haven't been changed in years. Noise levels over the weekend are an issue. There were people screaming and behaving like hooligans till 5am in the morning. We called reception to complain but were ignored over 3 times.

The location was great, it's close to several shopping malls, the apartments environment was quiet. Staff members were very friendly and understanding.

Please improve the television part. Had a few local channels and mostly sports (unclear with lots of showers). Please put Netflix or other smart devices then people can just use their personal accounts. The internet was not that good.

The facilities were up to standard and the room had nice aesthetics, it was spacious 🥹👌🏿

I didn't like the fact that the cleaning service was done after two days of my stay. It was like the cleaning was being stubborn to do what she's paid for and I asked several times for cleaning service.

This was a fantastic place to stay in Johannesburg. The place was very safe, nice and clean. I had a great experience with all the personnel there, especially with Jill behind the reception desk who was extremely nice and fun to talk to. They could also store our luggage after the check out, which we really appreciated given our late evening flight.

The only drawback was a lack of AC in the bedrooms, but the rooms were equipped with fans and there was an AC in the in the living room.
