I loved the fitness center. The bar/ lounge area was also nice. The property was in a good location. My bed was comfortable, which is very important to me. Most of the staff was very friendly.

I ordered room service one evening and got very sick immediately after eating the food. My first few days eating breakfast, no one asked if I wanted coffee or tea. I have never experienced that before. It improved once I brought it to someone’s attention.

The breakfast was great! The Bar was great, and had an awesome ambiance on the friday night we were there. The location is also pretty safe and very central :)

I wasn't too fond of the large coffee stain on our bed sheet. It looks as though they need to by new linen for the rooms. The pillows are very big and 'poofy', so if you're not a fan of that - bring your own pillow. I also got a ratty bathroom towel that had a hole in it.

We loved the breakfast and espescially enjoyed taking a quick photo with the sport celebrities who were present. The rooms are very well equipped and offered all the comforts that one can expect. The bar is great and service in the bar exceptional. As the Springboks played their final against New Zealand, the bar was rocking and the experience will always be remembered.

Nothing to declare

This is a really great place to stay in Jo'burg. The rooms are comfortable, the bathrooms are wonderful with a huge shower (and very clean), and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Also, they serve a really nice breakfast and there are great views from the bar area, sitting area and dining room. And there's the incredible convenience of having the Hyde Park shopping centre right there.

My room didn't have a view but that wasn't a huge problem.

Everyone was perfect. The staff accommodating and service excellent. Highly recommended and very friendly staff. Lebogan was an amazing waitress. Jako, Prissy were very professional. Will definitely go back. Extra thank you for a bottle of champagne in our room.

Very beautiful and very clean Hotel. The bed the room and the bathroom were comfy and spacious too. The staff was amazing from the reception to the cleaner. The hotel is well looked after. Very clean.....asdor breakfast nothing to wrote home about but also not bad

That they didn't have Spa facilities

I found the premises to be very neat, I also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and the variety that was available.

It was unfortunate to hear that the pool could not be used after 7pm (despite staying at the hotel). I do hope that in the future these hours can be extended.

The service and the staff was impeccable, very friendly and very helpful. The receptionist helped us secure an upgrade from 2 single bed to a large double bed. The room and facilities were clean the breakfast was also very nice. Enjoyed our stay.

room just abit too small, closet for longer clothes unsuitable for longer stays. Another smoking area would be desirable the restaurant menu was too limited but the food was excellent

The pool deck, breakfast n bar are absolutley great, the bed and bethroom too.

We loved the sun deck from The Island bar. The room was amazing, the pictures didn't do the room justice. The beds were comfortable and the service was amazing, the staff was friendly and very accommodating.

There are no complaints.
