The facilities and utensils are excellent in the panthouse. Service at reception OK was almost threatened that booking was suppose to be canceled because we didn't check in on time but because we fully paid it wasn't. Rather send a sms or email when u see a late check in to advise. Imagine if I had No where to go late at night.

Myself and my husband got sick after our stay there we think the beacon that was served was faulty or off. We had stomach flu and had to visit the Dr. We suggest the food gets checked please. Either than that we really enjoyed our stay and the staff at the diner where extremely Profesional and nice.

The staff were amazing, very friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good too.

The fridge in the room had a constant humming noise so needed to be switched off, the aircon wasn't working but was fixed by maintenance and the TV channels were not great - there wasn't anything worth watching other than News and Sport.

- Asked for a late check out. Reception confirmed that this was fine and that I could check out latest 1pm. On my return to take a quick shower at 12h00 my room was being cleaned (although I hadn’t packed) - no one had informed housekeeping. Then at 12:30 reception phoned to query if I was extending my stay because I hadnt checked out. All this dispite my arrangement specifically for a late check out.

Great location near melrose arch. Staff gave us early check-in because our flight arrived early, which was nice. Didn't try the restaurant but room service food was good. Clean and comfy.

Nothing that I didn't like. Served the purpose of my stay. May be the bathroom window can have a curtain? The sun is too strong in the mornings and it comes in bright through the bathroom window!

The bed was comfortable, the staff were lovely and friendly and breakfast was good. There was a mini kitchen which was great for storing and eating food (there was also a washing machine which was great). The WiFi was good and the security was good.

The carpet in the room could have been cleaner

I firstly liked the location, easy to find and kind of central to where we wanted to go, Rosebank/Sandton/Fourways . Then Gomo sealed why the The Capital was a good choice. She was firstly beautiful, then friendly and an absolute professional.

The basin was a bit blocked & had a smell, I however did let the lady at reception know as I was checking out. It's not a complaint, just something to sort out.

Rooms were beautiful and clean. Food was amazing and prices were reasonable. Staff was super friendly. Easily accessible parking

No proper heating. Shower wasn't great..water from shower head was a bit uneven. I also missed that it was apartment style..I didn't like having to go outside to get to reception and dining area.. that's on me though

The place is very nice and clean,check in and out process was so easy. It is located next to the shopping centres. I would also like to compliment Fundi Zwane for her wonderful service 👌🏻 and organising what I have requested. Thank you

There is nothing I did not like,however one staff member allocated us to a wrong apartment , which made me to panic thinking that my apartment was not reserved, but eventually all was sorted out.

Xolani, at reception was extremely helpful! His help and the lady that handled our booking the day before... are the main reason why we would consider coming back with more business. Anthony also helped a great deal when we needed some assistance! The bar was also great!

Some night staff reception was not as professional and they needed more business- like etiquette. The toilets in the bedrooms tended to have a slightly unclean smell on the bottom tiles..

I liked everything. The staff at the reception are efficient. The room service is swift. The space is clean & functional. Honestly , I enjoyed every aspect of my stay

There isn't anything I can say I didn't like. Maybe a suggestion to have salt & pepper available in the room because I had asked for salt & pepper & it never arrived. But that's just me being picky. At large there wasn't anything I didn't like.
