I liked the spacious and comfortable rooms with the small kitchenette which made warming food etc so convenient. The cleanliness of the room as well as the large shower was superb.

Slightly unfriendly staff and the fact that they did not have room service available was a downfall for me!

Room was clean and comfortable. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Upon admission, staff member did not provide all the paper work that had to be signed. Hence, 24 hours later my card to enter the room was refused. Had to go to admissions again, to get clearance for another night by signing the necessary paperwork and getting the room clearance card approved. This is irritating.

The room was very spacious, comfy and clean with everything you need. The location is perfect as there was the Rosebank mall next to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and practical and the breakfast was complete and more than enough to start a good day.

Only breakfast and snacks available at the restaurant of the hotel, the construction site that started at 6am.

I had a very peaceful and quiet stay, which is what I was looking for. My room was exceptionally clean and secured. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

My challenge was TV channels, I was unable to choose the channel I wanted to watch nor see information on what I was currently watching - maybe it was just me! Other than that, all was good.

The rooms were very clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable

The customer service. Everyone on the staff was welcoming. I felt like I was home.

Particularly apartment 313. The lock on the balcony sliding door needs to be replaced, it doesn’t lock. The door leading into the bedroom needs to be tweaked, it’s heavy to close and makes a loud noise each time you open or close. Each time I received fresh towels, they smelt like vinegar. Not sure whether that’s the detergent that’s used.

The room was quiet and I like the dark curtains, means the sub doesn't wake me up in the morning. All the facilities were working as stated and my stay was favorable. I also enjoyed the gym facilities, it is the main reason I come here. Hotel is located close to a mall, so it is very convenient.

The hotel no longer offers a shuttle services, so one has to get an Uber from the Gautrain station. The hotel also did not see my request for an early check in, so I had to wait at reception for a bit before I could check in. Overall stay was great though.

The room was clean and the reception desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and the shower is spacious with good water pressure.

The hot water in the basin and sink didn't seem to work and it would be helpful to provide some washing up liquid in the room. The corridors need some maintenance.

The room was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly. The reception was welcoming and paid attention to what we really needed. She was so professional.

The security at the gate had no clear understanding of where guests should park or what they should do. We were stopped in the middle of an open boom until we asked if we should drive through.

Great accommodation!! Everything well organized and very clean. Very friendly staff and very helpful, they helped me with my luggage and even the guy behind the bar came to my room to open my bottle of wine. What an outstanding service!!
