The location, was in close proximity to the places I needed to go to within the Rosebak precinct . The room and the bed were clean and comfortable with amazingly plush pillows. The front desk staff were very helpful and courteous… The breakfast was very good and the dining room staff were attentive and efficient…

The were some spaces on my floor that looked a little run down , which sort of brings down the 4 star rating of the hotel… and made the walk through the corridors less desirable… but the comfortable rooms and lobby area made up for that deficiency. The hotel could invest a littlz time and effor into revamp thise spaces …

Location, staff, and breakfast are awesome. Every single staff was lovely, super helpful and the facility is great. Great hospitality! They also offered us a shuttle from the hotel to the commercial centre as part of their service. We had an amazing dinner there at the Marble Bar. There are several restaurants options in the mall, which is very close to the hotel. After the dinner they picked us up, making sure we were safe, even though the suburb is super ok, not dangerous... We had an excellent experience there, definitely an amazing option.

When we arrived there was a strong smell of cigarette in our room floor, on the hallway, not in our room It wasn't nice, but it was only when we arrived, after few hours the smell was gone.

I was happy because the hotel took me by surprise, I made reservation for standard room but I was offered Deluxe room because it was my birthday. My room was beautiful, spacious, and comfy. In the morning I went for breakfast and I enjoyed it, the lady who was receiving us at the breakfast she was the sweetest. I loved the location it was private enough for me. The hotel even made setup for guest to watch Bokker (The rugby final) and we enjoyed every moment. I recement this place to anyone who will like to enjoy their stay...to all staff keep up the good work you are excellent.

I was just disappointed that on the day i was there , there was no buffet dinner because i love my food, I cant talk about dinner/supper because I never had one in the hotel but i enjoyed the ribs and chips that we ordered at the bar while watching rugby.

Everything were exceptional, especially the second receptionist lady who checked us in. Staff are friendly. Food was DeVine! at the restaurant and breakfast. Oh my word and the SPA was the best part of all!

We waited a bit longer to be checked in, but thankfully they could meet our request. The room services from the rooms were bad, when you order something it takes much longer to be delivered and it was only drinks. We contacted room service later the evening for an extra blanket but there were no answer at reception or room services.

The room was comfortable and neat. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice. The team did a nice complimentary romantic set up for us in the room as it was our anniversary.

The lifts were a bit confusing and we had to pay for our parking as residents. The fridge in our room didnt work properly. The beverages didnt get cold and we had to ask for ice.

I love the fact that the hotel is close to nice amenities like sandton city and rosebank mall and the hotel staff is very friendly and they have a nice warm breakfast with lots of options and they make a mean cappuccino

The only thing I did not like is on the 4th day they forgot to clean our room we came back late around 19:30 and our room was not made and we had to wait at the bar area for an hour and half while the housekeeping lady was cleaning our room bur apart from that incident our stay was great

Love how spacious the hotel was, not crowded, bed is comfortable, location is brilliant, very good mall nearby, just 3 min to walk, with good shopping, restaurants and supermarkets. Spa just near the lobby, the treatment I had was perfectly done.

Breakfast was good, tasty, but not as expected, it was not a buffet with variety of choices, had to select options on the list, no fresh veggies or salads to be offered. Just basic options.

This got to be your go to hotel when in Joburg. Situated just 2 streets away from the mall and major restaurants around it. The hotel is located near a quiet place. The property is spacious new and clean. The bedding was soft and room amenities were nice. Gym with a nice pool view was all I wanted. WiFi worked pretty fast as well. It was that good that I decided to book my stay again during my return flight from Joburg.

The Room was very nice and clean, the receptionist was excellent, she was so kind enough to check any available rooms for an early checkin.

There was a sign that the pool is open from sunrise to sunset but at 7pm which was after sunset, there was a group of guests, teenagers that were using the pool, jumping, water everywhere outside the pool area and creating a noise thus causing a bit of a ruckus.

The hotel is very secure located just next to the police station and near Rosebank mall to cater for all your shopping needs. Very specious hotel at a good price. The breakfast was amazing so many options and they make the best omelet. Staff were nice and very helpful. They cook very good food and we really loved stake at the Grill restaurant. They also have a nice gym.

The pool was out of service.
