Absolutely beautiful space , located in a lovely area. Very clean and with a pleasant lobby and breakfast area. The room was tastefully decorated and well lit. Great space for meetings.

I was disappointed that the gym area was in a different building. As someone who works out at 5 am I didn't feel comfortable walking in the dark next door. The photographs on the website make one believe it is located in the same building.

Breakfast was included in the rate and proved to be a valuable bonus. The restaurant looks onto the garden and pool which creates an attractive aspect. The staff are attentive and very pleasant. The hotel has direct access to the adjacent shopping mall.

The gym is across the road at another hotel in the chain.

The hotel is an oasis in the middle of the big city. Quiet, comfortable rooms, with nice views to leafy Rosebank neighborhood, next door to great restaurants and stores. The staff was outstanding in professionalism and hospitality. We didn't even go out for dinner - the hotel restaurant has excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner options. We particularly appreciated the service of the restaurant, and thanks to Jeffrey, Penny and all the restaurant staff - we had our best stay ever.

A very classy hotel. Beautiful decor and furnishings. Fresh flowers everywhere! Charming, friendly, helpful staff. Spacious, well equipped bedroom and a lovely selection of toiletries in the bathroom which had separate bath and shower. Champagne and cocktail bar adjacent to the restaurant. Dinner was very good. Mimosa cocktail is available as standard with breakfast! Great choice of options to include delicious Eggs Benedict and the Blueberry pancakes! There is an outdoor pool (unheated) but great for swimming a few lengths! There is a charge for the car park which is R.55.00 per day for a secure (underground) space. There is a corridor link from the hotel to the shopping Mall. The area felt safe.

Upmarket hotel that has a certain old school style and feel to it. The staff were all super, carrying and diligent in carrying out their duties.

If I wanted to be picky then I could say the shower cubicle was on the small size and the hot water mixer tap should be a thematically controlled type as it was hard to get a stable water temperature until 5 minutes in to the shower.

Dinners were excellent - we ate in the hotel restaurant several times and were delighted with the service and the food. The outdoor seating was very pleasant, though it was a little cold for us to take much advantage of it. The hotel coped very well with the rolling power cuts in the region, with a minimum of disruption as local generates kicked in.

The swimming pool is a little perfunctory (a long, thin, channel for one or two people swimming lengths).

The dark grey walls and black curtains, dark lampshades, it's sinister, made for businessmen who don't stay in their room. The guy who decided on those colors must have been depressed.

Breakfast menu was great. Staff very accommodating. Lattes and wonderful espresso drinks available. So happy I stayed there. It was my bday and staff was very caring!

Room 1008 shower lacked hot water and was kind of mildewy

The welcome was very good. Staff were super friendly. Hotel is covid safe. Good location, attached to the Rose Bank Mall and food hall. Room was very comfortable. The bed linen was crisp and bright white. Bed was very high and lovely to sleep in. Breakfast was very good. Buffet with a hot breakfast freshly cooked menu. Very Good. they have their own restaurant called Level 4. The staff there are also friendly and the food is very good. Use Uber several times, very quick and very safe.

Breakfast was great, staff were able to provide us a packed breakfast on one of the mornings too. In general staff were great and very friendly!

The reception staff weren’t as friendly as the rest of the staff. Not sure why as they should be our first port of call, seemed to be a bit cold and abrupt in comparison.
