I absolutely must commend Villa Via for the excellent hospitality offered, not only are the staff super friendly and helpful they always go beyond to ensure that I feel like a spoilt person on holiday. My home away from home I love this place they are value for money and I would live ther if I could Villa Via Midrand Hotel is my second home and a heavenly treat when I want to spoil myself.

Absolutely nothing was to not like. I was completely satisfied in every way, felt safe, comfortable and important. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any one looking for quality at affordable rates

All expectations exceeded! I booked onto the Hotel late in the evening cos the one that I had intended to stay at for the night, had no electricity altogether during loadshedding. I waited, and waited, till I DECIDED OTHERWISE.

Nothing to really complain on. I would be uneconomical with the truth, If I could say so. All was super! We had such a restful night. Keep it up, and never lose focus.

I was impressed with everything from the most welcoming. The bed is exceptionally big and very comfortable, the WIFI speed is commendable and the rooms including the bathrooms are spotless clean. The biggest bonus for me is the location, this place is five minutes drive to my Office.

Wonderful reception by the staff, an additional star to the kitchen staff. The meals were spectacular and they assisted beyond kitchen hours. The pictures were an accurate representation of the property.

Had some issues with the WiFi

The stuff at the bar were very friendly;we received a very warm welcome and thee best service ever.. The chef is a master chef, his food was delicious. The space;the cleanliness,everything was on point.

The staff are exceptionally polite and helpful the chef makes brilliant food and the rooms are beautiful

The bathroom has a glass door which isn't really couture if you need privacy

Perfect stay, friendly staff, nice room, secure parking, clean pool

The mattress on the beds is a bit hard, maybe try to get softer mattresses. Maybe a small microwave will also help

Everything else was good, except the point mentioned below.

The see-through shower/toilet door. There were no carpets on the side of the bed.

They have very friendly staff providing world class service and ever smiling

Inconsistent supply of drinking water bottles in rooms

The staff in the reception was very friendly and helpful. The chef and the staff in the bar was very kind and friendly.
