Professional behavior of staff. Rooms and hotel exceptionally clean. I actually moved from another accomodation which was rated higher but I was highly disappointed and the Mecure was such a pleasant surprise. Rooms have everything you need. Staff is super friendly and go above and beyond to meet your needs. Beds extremely comfortable. Reminds me of an old English hotel.

Bathroom is dated but clean. Aircon - I wish it had better settings as found it blew one direction so it tended to make the persons bed directly next to it very cold. The chef was super friendly but the serving staff was a disappointment, very uninterested and made their work seem like a chore but the chef each time came out to remedy a question. Breakfast is excellent. I would recommend the burgers for dinner. Steak was not to my liking bit chef accommodated the change with a smile.

Interacting with them was an absolute delight; they were not only easy to approach but also incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I must particularly mention the morning chef, Emma, who made my mornings at the hotel truly memorable. Emma's willingness to take the time to understand and accommodate my unique preferences. Her attention to detail and commitment to delivering a personalized dining experience left a lasting impression on me. I also want to extend my gratitude to the reception team, especially Noshipo and the evening receptionist (whose name, unfortunately, escapes me). Their friendliness and eagerness to assist were evident from the moment I checked in until I checked out. It's worth mentioning that the entire staff at [Hotel Name] exudes a genuine amiability that creates a welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel.

Our stay was so comfortable, our room was very clean especially the bathroom and shower. Thank you for going the extra mile with a beautiful message for my daughter and a delicious fruit platter, we enjoyed all the goodies. From the friendly lady at reception to the cleaning staff, not forgetting security at the gate, thank you for the kind and exceptional customer service. I'm already planning our next stay with the whole family 😊

The place is beautiful. There is backup for loadshedding that's a bonus as I had work to do. Staff members were friendly

As lovely as the room was, there was an unpleasant smell in the room, only to discover that the carpet was very wet on one side of the room so we had to keep the window open the whole time

Room was well cleaned and the staff was friendly and accommodative. Next time I will try your breakfast or dinner.

One plug wasn't good or needed fixing but I could live with it. The cleaners asked if they could clean and I told the Supervisor that I was fine however 10 minutes later the cleaner knocked and asked if she could clean the room obviously she didn't get the message from her superior.

We stayed here for 2nights from 09-11 December 202 and we enjoyed our stay here, would definitely come back again. The rooms were spacious and clean....it really exceeded our expectations and the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Midrand/Johannesburg

Second time around staying for a week. Everything was clean and comfortable. Parking was ample and safe. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice.
