Premier Hotel Midrand

The hotel staff was exceptionally warm and kind, providing us with invaluable assistance throughout our stay. If your visit is business-related, the hotel's location is unbeatable, with its close proximity to the Gallagher Convention Centre. Moreover, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to the exhibition center, and the driver was also very accommodating. What impressed us most was the hotel's exceptional safety measures. Situated in an already secure district of Johannesburg, the hotel features a gated area that restricts access from outsiders. Lastly, we thoroughly enjoyed the quality of both the breakfast and dinner services.

Aside from all the usual high standards of aesthetics, comfort and cleanliness that Premier Hotels offer, the staff were professional and competent. They were welcoming, friendly, patient and willing to accommodate our requests.

The limited amount of daily sachets of coffee, tea, milk, etc. that the staff were able to supply.us with.

Question is ... What was there 'Not' to like ? This place ticks every box ... comfy , convenient and peaceful.

I was unhappy about the wifi as my room 122 was a dead zone. I requested to move and request granted to 104 where the wifi boomed. What was unpleasant was the fact that linen had not been changed and we walked into a room that was smelly. Contacted housekeeping and the lady was very apologetic , within minutes she was there to change both dbl beds linen.

The staff are friendly and go beyond their duties to accommodate our booking request. The breakfast open early and nice. The room beds are comfortable with air-conditioning. The lights are work during loadshedding. Free and good reception of WiFi. Windows ( small) can open when don't use air conditioner.

There is no gym facilities. Otherwise, very nice stay experience.

The staff were very friendly, they made us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My car was safe and the environment is very calm. I was attending a class, so I had to revise before attending the class, so I was able to wake up and revise with no noice.

Everything was perfect. I did not see anything wrong with the property, the TV is working very well, the Aircon is working properly aswel. The doors can lock, the showers has both cold and hot water. The safe can lock and our properties were safe

The hygiene is top tier and the stuff is really lovely. I enjoyed the food too. I will definitely visit again.

Two things I didn't like is cleaners knocking looking for dirty towels BEFORE check out time while I was still sleeping. It was disappointing. The bathroom tap sprays water all over. I think they should change them and put pressure controllable taps.

I was very unwell because of a medical condition, the staff excelled their duties checking on me and cleaning up when I was sick. They were helpful in booking appointments and planning places to go.

Staff and food.

We arrived before check-in time and were actually allowed to check in which was very helpful because we arrived early and had a commitment to get to. This allowed us to freshen up and get ready. The hotel is quiet, not a lot of noise or commotion. Check out time of 11:00 is also convenient as you don’t need to wake up early or rush to get ready.

On the morning of check-out we DID NOT HAVE HOT WATER to shower! So we had to wash with cold water 🙁

Everything about this place was amazing .... Would definitely make use of this place again and again as it was so central for us. The comfort , the staff and the property itself was on point every single time.

Was disappointed in the WiFi as I was unable to do abit of work in my room. Was forced to go elsewhere and work during hours which did not go well with my wife and kids

It was clean and beautiful. And the convenience

The air-con wasn’t working and I reported it twice but nothing much was done about it. I also think they should offer breakfast with the room. Especially because I paid for the executive room and not charging R200 for breakfast
