The room was clean and spacious and there was no noise. Also their breakfast was nice.

Their room service was extremely horrible 😫 😢 phoned for about 40+ minutes with no response, when they finally answered they promised to bring the menu until they came when it was just 20 minutes before they closed the restaurant and that's the reason why we decided to never book the hotel again.

The swift act showed by one of the receptionists who welcomed us before the arrival time on Friday 9 February with a very willing attitude to help, 👌👌. So sad that I forgot his name but he knows himself. He managed to change the room for us due to problems we encountered during the first night with his heart of willingness to help. The hotel is one of the hotels we always prefer to use when we visit PE so we enjoy it there. Keep it up guys!

Breakfast was great. Lots of choices, even for a vegetarian. Did not feel particularly safe walking in the neighborhood, but the parking lot is very secure. Room with a comfortable bed and pillows.

Just a neighborhood that was not conducive for walking, or any shops nearby to check out. But it is across from the beach and we have a slight view out it of our window

the rooms were beautiful, breakfast was so amazing with a good host forgot his name but he was so welcome on saturday morning. Kudos to him. The location is great and I loved it. Its right next to the beach.

On Saturday night i asked for an extra blanket and the receptionist side they would bring it but never did. they said the was one in the room already, of which it wasnt enough because PE was very chilly on that day. but its fine no harm done. maybe next time i will get someone more generous

We stayed on room 214. Room very nice. I am concerned about the health and safety in the bathroom There are absolutely no hand rails, grab rails to be seen. My husband is 88 years old and I had much trouble getting him in and out of the shower. A big step to get out. I also noticed that there were no handles/rails to enter and get out of the bath. This is not good at all.

The hotel is extremely well appointed. In addition the friendly and professional staff made every day of my stay an enjoyable experience. Located directly across from the beach, the location is also perfect.

Very friendly staff from reception, accounts office, cleaners and at the restaurant .

Did not like the swimming pool too small, and no place for parents to sit and relax as the kids play in water. We literally sat on floor. The roof top could be made friendlier by atleast having couches to sit and have the restaurant serve family there when they are watching kids swim

The hotel was very easy. No issues to deal with. Nice fridge in the room.

Pepper and salt grinders on the table are expected in this day and age. 2 milk pods in total for 4 tea sachets and 4 coffee sachets is a bit of a stretch. No large sparkling waters in the restaurant and the small bottles were warm.

Everything as expected as I'm a regular guest who books the same executive suite every time because I love my space.

No aircon at this suite & it was scorching hot, totally unacceptable for the amount the suite is going for because the fans we were given as an option didn't make a difference whatsoever.

Everything worked for us Suggestion - you could put out pool loungers at the pool (but maybe you do that in Summer)

The lunch that we had was very average - we had to send the chips back cause they were raw and when they came back they were not that much better
