Firstly on our arrival the staff was very kind and helpful, we were helped with our bags to our room. Food was excellent especially Christmas dinner was well prepared. Place was clean our rooms were cleaned everyday and towels were changed soaps, shampoo and shower gels were refeelled every day. We enjoyed our stay hope to see Umthunzi very soon😊

Parking was by the reception was 1st come when we came back on the second we had no parking and we had to go park on the other parking which are very far from the rooms😔

Warm friendly, helpful staff and very organized.

We were in room no 40 (had hoped for a sea view room) which faces the carports and the room is very visible from the outside. I feel a net curtain would allow one a bit more privacy when the current curtains are open. However we enjoyed our stay and I have already recommended your hotel to a corporate company looking to host a team building event. Will definitely be back!

The staff were the best of all , they are friendly helpful and caring. Rooms are clean and tidy and has everything you need , and the most beautiful view and lovely food and drink at the restaurant - Im super pleased and would come back

Parking was very limited, would have loved a bar fridge in the room, but other than that was an amazing experience

Dinner tjooo terrible menu nd food was bad bad bad. The other thing we were not allowed to use basin only shower ay and 1 of our balcon was nt properly clean as previous night was raining

Had some disturbance from the neighbours in the early hours of the morning. Automated gate of entrance is quite noisy when opening

The staff was friendly and verx helpful. The bed was too comfortable. Bedding crispy clean and smelled fresh. Room service was very good and did their work with a smile.

The wifi glitch but was sorted on the last fsy of our stay. The TV channels and picture quality was not nice.

We liked everything about the hotel. The service was good, the staff was professional and friendly and totally loved the buffet breakfast. Maybe they can add a microwave in some of the rooms but either than that all was perfect. Will definitely be visiting again.

The staff were great. Breakfast was good all-round. The property is massive and rooms are are such a pleasure. Overall a great stay for my family. We were upgrade to sea view rooms. Halall food was prepared for us. Everything was excellent.

Breakfast is always great. As it's my 4th time visiting.

On the 2nd of January just as we headed down for breakfast the way the reception lady or the lady that had a board with her asked for my room number wasn't nice at all as if I was trespassing. No guys find another alternative way of asking us what room number we booked at.

Everything was amazing. I definitely recommend it with no doubts. The staff, Manager , food and everything else was top notch. A delicious cake from them to me to celebrate my Birthday on the 31st of Dec 2022, above everything else that is my highlight of my stay .
