The hotel stay was wonderful. The bed was really comfortable, and the breakfast was awesome. Loved the room.

The spa. All the staff were lying on the deck chairs outside, eating and sleeping, with multiple guests present. The staff were lying in the only shady spot, which meant the guests were in full sun. The staff didnt seem to mind, as long as they were happy. The staff left the deck chairs covered in chips and food. Very unprofessional. They should be out of view of guests, and not using the facilities for themselves. The spa experience was also not up to standard, considering the price paid. The facial was not a proper facial, and the pedicure was just painted nails. No scrub or massage, as one would usually expect with a pedicure.

I had missed the check in time and only arrived at the hotel late, but luckily the security guy was there and heard that I might be coming so he let me in since the reception lady had knocked off. I appreciated the assistance to properly check in, in the morning.

I knew that I would have to check out early and asked for a breakfast pack which they agreed to giving me as I checked out , only to find out in the morning that they didn't prepare anything for me. So I basically left without having breakfast or having the option to eat anything later on.

Where do I even begin.. From the moment I walked in the facility, Mark at reception was exceptional. I waited for my partner at the bar, he made me the most delicious cocktail. The cocktail choices was limited, but he made me a delicious one. He even offered to get me a heater or something warm while I was still sitting there waiting for my partner. Checking in was easier and pleasant. He took me to my room and went downstairs to make me another cocktail and brought it up to the room.. Food was delicious, room service treatment at its best... The facility is so clean with reserved atmosphere. The rooms are so cosy and very neat. I loved the fact that rooms were soundproof, altought you could hear some movements but it was so discreet, nothing to complain about. Breakfast breakfast breakfast, room service, so delicious... Number one at its best. Then there is receptionist, Favor its her name, what a pleasant lady, so smiling all the way. My partner forgot his watch, I called them, Favor promised to investigate and come back to me, that she did, watch was found and will be kept for collection.. The place is situated in a very beautiful peaceful area. It was so easy to get there with GPS.. The photos on the website are not doing justice to the place. Its so beautiful.. I will definitely go back.....

TV doesn't have more options, limited DSTV channels, they should move with times and get Netflix, Showman, Prime.... The aircon light was too bright. It actually brightes the whole room at night when all lights are switched off and makes it difficult for one to sleep with so much light above your head and we couldn't switch it off as it was cold and there were no extra blankets in the wardrobe. Cocktails - there should be variety to choose from. Also a microwave is a must in every house 😀 please 😀.I think these are all room or areas for improvement in this beautiful place......Other than that I would be lying if say there was anything bad about my stay.

This Hotel gets a straight10/10 from me. I booked this getaway for my daughter's birthday and wanted a hotel that had spa services within the premises. This place exceeded my expectations. From great breakfast, to the friendly and helpful staff and amazing spa treatment that we received. This hotel really delivered. During our spa visit, they baby sitted my 2 year old for me as we received our massages. Definitely going back here again.

The property, the room, the spa, the hosts from the security all the way to the facility staff, the hospitality and the willingness of the staff to go the extra mile in making our stay as pleasant as possible was for us the highlight of our weekend. The spa, the picnic setting and everything else was on point and beautifully made up. Thanks to everyone especially Bontle and Boikanyo for making her birthday extra special💫🤩

Staff excellent, very friendly and accommodating. I was traveling with my daughter and requested her room to be made up with flowers etc. Staff did a excellent job.

The dining area is a bit bland and has no atmosphere , all white and too many bright lights. Felt like a hospital. Light switching in the rooms a mystery.... even after two days could not workout which switch did what.

The location is wonderful, the place is modern and clean, the rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Nice and helpful staff. The food was very good and well presented, the room service very good. Valuable for the money

The check out is at 10 am, but early in the morning a member of the staff was knocking at the door and as we were in bed and we did not respond immediately he use the key to enter, asking when we left, I worried and my daughter who was in another room happened the same. You must investigate that. It was the only thing that bothered me.

Great pool and chill area. Neat, comfortable room, good bed. The staff are very attentive and accommodating, discrete and helpful. The food is superb for room service, with a great wine selection and delicious poolside cocktails. Breakfast has a few options and it was always satisfying.

The wifi was quite slow, around 2 to 4 mbps, not fast enough to do remote work over. There are no tissues in the room, no complimentary hair conditioner, no USB charge points, no hand towel rail, and no air freshener in the loo.

Breakfast When we checked in we were told we will have a full breakfast including ceareal. In the morning the receptions made us to choose the breakfast and the cereal made it one of the options for breakfast, Luckily the guy who checked us in was around and we called him to rectify that, that means if he was not there we would have a dry breakfast. I wish they could have a buffet for breakfast and make us pay for it. Breakfast was too small and we had to top up after leaving the hotel

My patner and I arrived to the hotel super late, around 00:00… the hotel accommodated us, that time we didn’t secure our booking with payment. We were really struggling to pay online. We are definitely coming back👏👏

The check out time accommodates people who are at the hotel for business purposes. My partner and I went to the hotel with an aim of relaxing as it was my birthday the following day, we were reminded of the checkout time . Allow your guests to relax and check out no later than 12:00… It would be nicer if the rooms had a microwave.
