This place deserves its 5 star rating. The staff were very professional and friendly. Could see they were trained to focus on customer service. From the security guards to the butlers, waiters and management. The room was excellent with the luxuries and comfort you would expect from a 5 star establishment. Super comfy bed, top quality linen and beddings. The bathroom is a site to behold. Our room 19 was very private. The food at the restaurant was excellent. They are not the cheapest around but their prices are warranted.

There could have been a bit more hooks in the bathroom to hang up clothing and towels.

The breakfast was INCREDIBLE, the food was tasty and original and I did not go hungry. The staff was exceptionally kind and friendly and everyone made us feel so welcomed and like we were the only guests. The room was clean and beautiful - the decor in the room and overall Apogee was really beautiful. The whole place was clean, which was impressive due to how big it is! The pantry room was a nice touch and one of my favorite extras. The spa was also incredible - Tumi and Khomotso gave us our treatments and set up a "Happy Birthday" sign for my aunt. We were so touched and the quality of the treatment was incredible. Tumi and Khomotso deserve a raise!

Honestly I do not have a single complaint, everyone was welcoming and accommodating and they were willing to help with any request.

Didn’t seem to have another servicing staff as for breakfast we were ignored , not greeted and as our first breakfast we didn’t know the set up. On another note communication with the office before arriving was very good and efficient and also we were able to check out a bit later and stay at the hotel till later which was very helpful.

It was an amazing experience from the moment I entered by the foyer. The butler, Shadrack was very attentive. I had a booking at the spa as well and they did not disappoint. My massage therapist(Nthabiseng) really knew how to do her job. Tumi from reception also took pictures of me when I was done with my massage. They had prepared some little birthday treat for me to enjoy after my massage. I also enjoyed their chicken pasta meal.

The pork ribs were a little dry but the portion was quite sizeable and there was enough to share.

The security officer was very friendly and even took pictures and videos of our entrance. It was my girlfriend's birthday, and the spa wished her a happy birthday with a complimentary birthday experience. Our rooms were turned down with gowns and slippers. We had access to the pantry, which had cereal and snacks for us to enjoy for the night. The view from our room was spectacular. The bar had beverages for us to enjoy.

The kitchen closed early. The menu was not versatile.The water pressure from the shower was low.

Apogee staff are so professional. Very welcoming. The food was amazing, I enjoyed every meal.

It's not my first time being at Apogee, but I've picked up most of the things have been reduced..like the mini bar had few items compare to my previous visitation. The welcome note was hand written yet previously it was typed. And they still don't have larger size for the robes which I previously stated as well.

Wow! What an experience! The location, the surroundings and the décor were just splendid. The staff were very attentive. Honourable mention to Floyd who was our butler during our stay. Thank you for your service! We truly had an amazing time at Apogee and were genuinely sad to leave. We hope to return next year :)

We ran out of water one morning but it was dealt with very quickly.

Our family stayed here more than once. we are always spoiled. Clean and everything you need are provided.

Our previous stays were always good as well as the food. This time however the food was not up to standard. We ordered extra flapjacks with breakfast with just syrup and got charged for a whole flapjack meal with all the trimmings. We only ate one each for it were once again not up to standard. I could have asked beforehand what the price would be but didn't for I surely did not think that I would be charged more than R100 for 3 pancakes with syrup. The food we received this visit wasn't worth the price.

I loved everything about the place. The room was beautifully decorated, the bed was comfortable, there was a variety of pillows to choose from. The amenities were everything and more. They added things that one wouldn't find in a hotel and that gave it a personal touch. The bathroom was clean and very beautiful. The staff was helpful from the gate to the room. The butler was also helpful. The food recommendation at the restaurant was amazing and the staff the was amazing and they take great pictures as well of you.

The shower floor was slippery when wet. One could fall if you are not careful. A mat could be helpful. I didn't like that I had to leave. This place is amazing.

Location is nice and beautiful, very calming and serene. The service I received from the staff was excellent, one of the best services I have ever received in my life. I enjoyed the breakfast a lot :). The Spa was amazing and the facilities overall were fantastic.

I didn't really enjoy the food I had ordered for dinner. I did not enjoy the chips, they were a little burned and too dry, very hard to eat. The ribs were very dry and a little burned as well, made it hard to swallow, I could not finish the food. They need to improve in cooking chips and some of their foods as well.
