The staff are super friendly and welcoming, always making you feel like you're their only customer. They go above and beyond to see to your needs. The rooms are immaculately clean and the food was brilliant.

Our room (number 1) was a little noisy in the early mornings with tables and chairs being moved around in preparation for the morning breakfast run. Although it did wake me, I couldn't help but appreciate the work ethic of the staff being up so early to make sure their guests feel like they've been waiting to serve them. Tables layouts were stunning with such attention to detail which was noticed by us as you don't find it often these days.

Everything is perfect, but I'd like to especially mention the staff, everyone, from the guy at the gate to the guy at the parking to the reception to the waiters at the party I attended. Caring, helpful, pleasant, efficient. The best I've ever come across.

The staff was exceptional. They were extremely cordial. I had to make a last minute booking and they were very understanding and accomodating.

We've never been treated with so much enthusiasm before. From the moment I made my first call to the Hotel before arrival until we left. Literally every department, from the guard at the gate up to Erik the Manager was highly functional and Profesional. 5 star food. Tasteful and attention to detail. We ordered a platter for two and the portions were very generous. The room was spacious. The bed very comfortable and enough towels in the bathroom. A wide variety of tea and other drinks were available. My personal favorite, a hairdryer that was as good as mine at home and I'm using only the best. Our whole experience was perfect. Expect to be treated like royalty.
