Beautiful , spacious and comfortable rooms! Fabulous meals by the pool and outside the restaurant . Friendly breakfast staff.

The only remark to improve our next stay : Parking ! In house guests should have preference to conference guests or visitors. Especially after 5PM outside guests occupied underground parking and inside parking. Conference guests should park next door or outside. Room 5 - outside furniture was not kept clean and staff use this area as a smoking area with ashtrays left behind with cigarette butts.

We stayed in the executive room and it was so lovely!! We enjoyed our stay the staff was lovely the room was extremely lavish modern and clean with a Nespresso machine, Earl Grey teas and we were welcomed with a snacks in the room (crisps and a chocolate) it’s the small little details that was noticed and enjoyed, room tv with Netflix, soft gowns towel warmer and quick room service. The managers on duty also made every effort to ensure our stay and needs were met, It was really an enjoyable experience and so lovely and professional. Would recommend to anyone looking for a tranquil stay and a proper hotel environment.

Would have liked to have enjoyed some spa treatments unfortunately the spa was closed due to the festive season.

We were extremely surprised with the hotel. the location is not the best, but after we got through the gate the world changed completely. The place is, despite the runway close by, pretty silent, and the interieur was one big pleasant surprise. Well chosen colors and furniture. The room, number 2, was 'outside', but just what we needed, with a separate toilet, a good shower, good coffee, good bed, But the biggest surprise came during diner. We had a vegetarian meal and the salmon. the salmon Was a surprise regarding to the taste, make it different from the ordinary salmon, but the vegetarian black risotto was for ne one iff the best vegetarian meals I have ever had. Everything in the risotto was perfect, the taste was for me sensational. The deserts were a treat aswell. Breakfast was another surprise, with homemade granola combined with good yoghurt and just enough fresh fruit.

I must say, I was absolutely blown away when i arrived, exceptional location, the remarkable staff, and the delectable breakfast provided during my stay. It was truly an experience like no other, undoubtedly one of the most memorable stays I have ever had. Rest assured, I will most definitely choose this establishment for my future accommodations.

Despite an overall positive experience, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom during my stay. This aspect detracted from an otherwise enjoyable visit.

Central. Convenient with amenities close by.

I find it odd for a hotel of such status to want to impose curfew times on adults. I live in Cape Town. I use the hotel a lot and most often than not, I will land late in the evening. I have been told a few times that visiting times ends at 22:00 and friends are not allowed to come through. Or if allowed, they are doing me a favour and I need to be quick..this is ridiculous. This needs to be reviewed. Breakfast option doesn’t allow for allergy considerations. My friend has allergy to wheat, eggs, dairy milk and nuts. The chef should be able to make something on request and not stick to the menu if they are not accommodated.

Our room was a relatively large 2 rooms appartement with all the needed amenities and more. It had a large walking closet, a nice kitchen and a good bathroom. The staff was very attentive to all our needs. The restaurant is excellent, both for breakfasts, lunch or dinner. And there is a small pizza restaurant, with a nice diversity of pizzas (with great taste!)

Our room was not very far from the entrance so we could hear the loud electricity generator. Otherwise every thing eles was much better than expected

They upgraded my room because iv been a valued client and went there two times before this recent visit. The reception staff were so pleasant n went out of their way to give me a true bespoke experience, James n Kgomotso. The room I was upgraded to was beyond beautiful in fact, words alone can not express the experience I had yesterday .I wish I could give them more than a 5 star rating.. They deserve to break the radar n r a seven star hotel to me

rooms are exceptional. Spar was a great help and took in my wife and I at very short notice and treated us very well. Reception is very welcoming along with the assistant general manager. the rooms were as advertised and even nicer.

the restaurant staff and food. the food presentation was great but the taste wasn’t. the bar also does not make good cocktails. no music playing outside even though the outside area is soo beautiful. some drinks where not a visible and we were not informed to take last rounds before the bar closed, bar closes at 10 on a weekend. the waiter should be fired for reasons I cannot post on this platform. The pool was not heated.

The cleanliness, Tidiness was 100%. I've been in horrid 5 star hotels, but this one is King. I especially liked the friendliness of the staff and how everything was so organized.

My only dislike, but even then, it's not a major issue was the small underground parking space. It would be nice if someone could maybe take your car and they park it for you but again it's not a major issue.
