Great location easy to find and close to the shopping centre The staff is very friendly and helpful. Beautifully maintained garden, the hotel surroundings are so soothing and relaxing. The spa has the best service ever, from reception, to the therapists, big ups to those ladies.

Aircon not working, the room was cold. Served coffee in a dirty hot chocolate mug. Kitchen staff are very slow both at the main restaurant and club house, you have to wait long for your food. Only 1 waiter servicing at the restaurant and 1 waiter at the clubhouse, who had to run around serving everyone around. We had to remind them more than once of what we had ordered.

Extremely friendly service, the spa was absolutely amazing. The restaurant offers generous meals with high quality meats and a variety of options for starters, mains and desserts; well stocked bar. Excellent breakfast with variety of options.

We stayed in the self-catering units. Bathrooms were recently upgraded but rest of the unit, especially curtains can do with a make over. Well sized with medium quality wifi. Can do with a more regular sweep outside and pick up of lose pieces of paper etc. Housekeeping staff excellent though. Traffice noise from the nearby road can be disturbing if you are a light sleeper and only for the units placed next to the road.

Beautiful space, the views of the surroundings are to die for ,tranquility. The receptionist was super friendly and welcoming , she made sure all our needs were met and also got a room upgrade .

The restaurant/bar parking it’s quite small making it mission impossible to drive out when they are lot of cars.

I enjoyed the hospitality and level of professionalism. I enjoyed the room service and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, my daughter would have had us stay many more days. Thankful for the treatment received.

That our stay had only been for one evening.

The friendly staff, the food, the spacious rooms and a bathroom with an outside shower. It is a great place for relaxing. I enjoyed the boat ride( though very short) and the tranquil of the island. The clubhouse, the village together with the spa are spectacular!

I was celebrating my birthday, my friend and I decided to come there for lunch only. The service at the restaurant by the river was excellent, Tumelo was our waiter, he went out of his way to make us comfortable. Our batteries died, and he charged the phones for us, we enjoyed the place so much we decided to book overnight. He served us with a smile until the restaurant closed at 9pm, we then moved to the bar, also same great service. Pontsho the receptionist was also very friendly, to top everything off when we woke up our car was spotlessly clean. Nice breakfast as well. Definitely coming back in future.

Thought we would find breakfast ready, we were told there was no buffet we had to order, thought the food took longer as we were too hungry, breakfast was also delicious.

the room, it was very big it had a jacuzzi, in the room there were also gowns for his and hers and also slippers which was a very big thumbs up for me ,the staff was super friendly they even helped us upgrade our room and gave us a tour of the property using the golf-cart,

The breakfast was very good and everyday we could not finish cause the give plenty of it and they served us very good

there is nothing which was bad anyway we really liked the place we are planning to go back not so long

Dining staff and quality of the food was superb

Everything was great. Dining room staff were exceptional. Only slight disappointment was towels that were quite frayed....a hotel of this quality should have beautiful, fluffy and perfect towels. Not towels that look very used.

What I liked the most was the mouth watering breakfast 🍳🥐 We really enjoyed

The air-conditioner wasn't heating up. The room was cold. However we really enjoyed our stay . 😘😘
