The room and bathroom clean and well kept Garden was also nice. The breakfast was the best with variety of options to choose. Massage was also good

. . Their game drive. It's too expensive and they don't have anything to see they must cancel it or reduce the price. They must check their competitors like Letaba game lodge how they price their activities.

The hospitality is fantastic, they cater to your every need with a swift response, high quality service with compassion and efforts that goes exceptionally above and beyond what is expected. The staff is fantastic and I applaud and give praise to the reception staff that handles everything with such humbling ease and provides clear, understandable and high quality service which is astounding. Room 50 is exceptional, I would recommend it for a romantic couple as well as their deluxe rooms which are also perfect for a family getaway suited for 2 adults and 2 kids. All rooms are very spacious and they have amazing bathtubs that have built in jets that function like a mini jacuzzi. The surroundings are nice, where you can get peace of mind and experience calmness and tranquility. Overall a great place to visit.

There are no microwaves in any room I have been too, so it is inconvenient when you have food that needs to be heated so mostly it gets wasted and you constantly have to order new food I would like to make a suggestion about the room coffee, that it should be replaced more regularly, maybe 3 times per day or be catered in advance for it or at least make sure that there is enough for the amount of guests per room for each day.

The breakfast was great

I ddnt like the fact that some food is not replaced during the breakfast buffet. For example you would go for breakfast around 9 and find fruits and yogurt finished with no one to refill. Also, we went to the bush drive. As decent people that we are, we offered the driver food so that we can all share. The driver became inconsiderate and ate all our food, he ate all our samosas and everything that was in the plate. We were shocked but we forgive him, maybe he was just too hungry

My second time here was much better than the first. Stayed in larger rooms a bit further from the main block which was nice. The staff were very friendly and we really appreciated the suggestion to make breakfast packs as we would miss breakfast at the hotel due to an early appointment. The breakfast packs were awesome and dinner the previous was great.

The pathways are a bit uneven and not too well lit. I had also forgotten how far out of town it was.

This place was beautiful and our suite was superb. Staff were just lovely. Evidence in reception and Brenda in the restaurant were both outstanding. Breakfast on our first morning was not a good experience. The resort was holding a large education conference to which 125 people were trying to get breakfast. This meant a real crush (for everyone ) in the dining room. It was impossible to get near some of the food (toaster, tea etc) without the rest of our food getting cold. This would have applied to anyone in the dining room, not just us. The resort needs to find a way of managing this type of event without it causing the chaos it did.

As stated above. The chaos at breakfast on the first morning. The Restaurant also needs to serve what is stated on the menu and not a variation of a dish. My husband ordered chicken supreme. He received overcooked chicken breast with melted cheese on tip. There was no sauce. I ordered Malva Pudding with caramel custard. I received Malva pudding with vanilla custard. Not what we ordered.

The environment is perfect for relaxing. The property is well maintained. The food was good. The rooms were clean.

I booked for an extra large room but that was not available on my first night. They moved us to a room I booked for on day 2. The room was nice and spacious but because it wood flooring you could hear people walking throughout the night and in the morning which made it difficult to sleep for me. The food i also thought was expensive.

The boat cruise was awesome , rooms very neat and comfortable. The area is perfect no gravel roads to get to the lodge.

Breakfast, the guy who makes eggs apparently he's allowed to only boil 20 eggs per day, Sunday there were no boiled eggs left,when I asked he said the 20/day is finished, I don't eat any other eggs except for boiled eggs. You need to review that boiled eggs rule. Why wouldn't he just boil 2 extra eggs when I asked?

TCL is a beautiful place, great ambience great staff member. They are always friendly and helpful. My family and I really enjoyed our time together. The restaurant was great and had a great atmosphere, it covered for the romantics and quiet night. We enjoyed every minute, the meal was very delicious, we dined it truly was a 5* fine dining. The rooms OMG, spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. I honestly cannot fault them. ❤️❤️

Wow, this has absolutely nothing to do with place, the mood at the restaurant was great and all but there were these annoying kids running around getting to other people's tables, making a whole lot of noise. I was so annoyed to be honest. The waitress bless her heart she tried reprimanding but they were just out of hand. Parents needed to take control or take them to a sitter or something. Alas I loved every minute of it.

The staff is awesome. They are so hospitable and friendly. I was travelling alone but it felt like I had a family of people there looking out for me.

The furniture is old and the bathroom is very outdated it needs a revamp. I had water on the floor and wiping with a white towel was cringe cos the floor would then leave the red residue on the towel.

Excellent breakfast with wide choice of both hot and cold food available. A La Carte dinners on both evenings very good.

Hot water in bath could have been hotter.On arrival was a bit irritated as we were allocated a very small room with only shower, no bath. `the 2nd room was exactly the same - small and no bath. Finally the 3rd room was great - much larger with both bath and shower .....just a pity the hotel only had a few rooms occupied.
