Hotel at Tzaneen

The staff was very friendly and willing to assist. We appreciated the prepacked breakfast that we needed on the first morning since we had to leave before breakfast time for a funeral. And the actual breakfast on the second morning was very delicious. The units were clean except for a few unwelcome creepy crawly guests but that is understandable considering the location of the Hotel.

The Wifi connection was not up to standard. The couch in the lounge could use an upgrade and it can perhaps be bigger for the family units.

The rooms are very nice, clean and the bathroom has everything u need. Beds are comfortable and sheets are warm.The room is soo spacious and warm we didn't even need the aircon. I've been here a few times now and I would still come back.

I wasn't too impressed by breakfast though. The food taste good but the lady who made the eggs looked grumpy and she kept serving other people who came after us and it seemed like she didn't care about us. A little bit of variety can be added to the breakfast since well it is buffet.

Breakfast was a little less different from what I experienced in 2017, but nonetheless, it was a good breakfast. The Room was neat and well organized (the bed is losing comfort, and the body gets stressed/fatigued before waking up).

Please improve or change the bed mattress (comfort is important for one to rest well).

The facilities were proper and in a good location, lose to the mall and a bunch of other facilities. the restaurant is the best feature, from the drinks to the food. was just unfortunate that the pool was closed because it was really hot and that would have been great for us. We enjoyed my stay totally and we’d come again surely

There’s a bit of a situation with insects, I don’t know if it’s just Tzaneen or it was the hotel but those were quite a bother as we spent our time trying to kill them

Close proximity to a restaurant. The place was clean and tidy.

There was no assistance offered with regards to taking bags up the stairs. There was loud music nearby, not certain if it was a club. Music played well into the early hours of the morning.

Breakfast was good

There's noise in the passages, I think there should be a notice board stating that people should not make noise towards the rooms, especially when there's loadshedding and the generator not working after 12. It was also very hot, we couldn't use an Aircon.

From when we entered reception Akani was such a delight and very helpful. We loved his attitude all the way. He assisted with our bags to the room. My friend forgot her shoes when we checked out, so we came back to look for them. While housekeeping was looking for the shoes. Akani took his time to show us the defferent rooms in the hotel . I liked everything.Its clean & their service is excellent.

Drunk Neighbors who woke us up early in the morning with their noise. Apparently they didn't book n yet they managed to access a room and they were more than 9 people in that room. So security must be tide n strict n pay attention to ppl who come in n out of the hotel

The breakfast was fin even though we woke up late but we still got the food cause it was buffet all I can say it's that the location it's so chilled and wonderful and it holds the best fresh air ever can't wait to be I tzaneen hotel again

The room was far bigger than I thought. I liked that upstairs there was a table from which you can do your work

The breakfast served that morning was unwhelming. Some of the food was burnt and the muffins tasted like they were mixed with diluted juice
