The property was very clean and comfortable. We are from the United States and it was convenient to have a couple universal outlets to charge our devices. I recommend an adapter if you need to use anything more than the provided hair dryer. The area was great and within walking distance to many stores. A McDonald’s and Starbucks are less than a 15 min walk. Highly recommend this place in Iksan!

The only issue was the cafe was not open early. I believe it didn’t open until 9am but we usually left by then. There was another option to eat breakfast but the selection was very limited.

The hotel is the best hotel in Iksan. Their standard and hospitality are the best. The food and the cafe are perfect. The location of the hotel is near a convenience store, restaurants, and a small park that provide exercise tools. Wondering to explore Iksan once again and stay in here again.

Unfortunately, because of the small number of guests, some facilities are closed. It is a bit disappointing for me because I was expecting I can enjoy swimming with my kids there. Also, the air condition is operated central the whole building, the heater was set up around ~30 degrees which makes my room very hot. I opened the window but still like a sauna inside the room. But it is okay, the food is excellent, and the neighborhood is also very welcoming to kids.

The place was fancy and modern. The staff were formal and kind. The room was spacious and clean. I really don't know what else to say, it's a top of the line hotel experience for quite a good value.

The AC could have been a little stronger, but that's my personal preference as I like it very very cold (18C).

The breakfast was not what I’m used to, but it was great.

I had issues with the air conditioner in my room, but it was resolved quickly.

Beautiful hotel with an awesome rooftop pool. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were stylish and clean. The staff was bilingual and very friendly and accommodating.

It would be nice if the pool was free for guests to use. It is a bit strange to have to pay for pool access.

I think the price-quality ratio is off. We've stayed in way better hotels at a lower price point at better locations. Also there was an extra charge for using the swimming pool.
