Jeonju tourist hotel kkotsim

The room was very up to date. Either the hotel is brand new, has recently been renovated, or they take their housekeeping VERY seriously. The staff was very accommodating, and even directed me to an excellent cafe near them (caffeine being one of the more important food groups.)

There was a problem with communication from time to time. But is that their fault for not being more fluent in English, or my fault for not taking the time to learn a little Korean. In either case we always managed to figure things out, so I thank them for their patience.

the room was large. the beds and pillows were comfortable. the room had modern amenities. staff were very friendly and helpful. the hotel is quite new and kept extremely clean! would return here in a heartbeat!

nothing. Dome taxis do not know where this place is. would be a great idea to have the name of the hotel in Korean. we found it online and copy and pasted it into the Kakao taxi app and that worked well for us.

The room was stunning. High-tech amenities, with smart mirror light controls, a clothing steamer and much more to rave about. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and spoke English very well. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!

There was nothing to dislike. Really, it’s that good. The only downside is the low number of reviews compared to other hotels, and the fact that most of those reviews are very positive. To a wary traveler, that can seem suspicious. Well, all those good reviews are 100% true. I myself am writing this review expressly to ensure the hotel gets the props it deserves.

New modern hotel with wonderful rooms, underground parking, great location , don’t mix the name of this hotel with another lower class hotel with same name, this hotel is new and very modern with big rooms

We got the room without breakfast at such a good value. I booked this hotel last minute as I could not stand the hanok that I had booked earlier. The staff were so accommodating to wait for us although we arrived late (after 9pm). The room was amazing and came with a samsung wardrobe cleaner. Amazing.

Loved everything. Nothing to complain about honestly. Good price with amazing facilities.

The location was good. Staff were friendly and very helpful with trying to book bus tickets online. Even they couldn't get it to work, as the online system does not take foreign credit cards. Had to go to the bus stop to buy tickets. Walking distance to Hanok village, mural town, top of the mountain where Buddha sits and other attractions. Nice Chinese restaurant next door. Bus stop down the road if required. Towels were changed daily, and they were BIG bath towels. 🤗

Beautiful new hotel with great amenities and comforts in the room. Even had a Styler to refresh my clothes! Very clean, very high ceiling for a hotel room, centrally located to walk to restaurants and some of the landmatks. It exceeded my expectations. Wished we had more than 1 night at this hotel.

The location is fantastic. It's an easy walk to the Hannok Village. The room is very clean, and so is the bathroom. There is a cafe downstairs that serves some bistro food and great coffee (and other drinks). I think it is a great choice for a place to stay in Jeonju. There are many restaurants and great cafes nearby. Korea has an amazing number of coffee shops/cafes, several within a few blocks, and Jeonju is no exception.

That the name of the hotel isn't in the Google Maps listing nor the outside of the building. There's another hotel with a similar name and I accidentally left my luggage there before checking in. That's totally my error but because the name doesn't match the listing on Booking.com
