Location - close to shops and 5-10mins away from most of my destinations. Emart and a seafood restaurant right in front of the hotel - very convenient. Free use of washing machine and dryer. Clean room and toilet. Room slippers were provided though it was not mentioned while booking. The receptionists are very nice, accommodating and they speak English.

The deluxe twin room is not really as big & spacious as it looks in the advertised picture. The hotel only allocate1 bath towel for a twin-bed room. Had to keep on asking for the extra bath towel and the floor towel/ mat. On the night of 10Jun, the hotel's boiler burst and there was no water supply hence, we couldn't shower nor use the toilet. A number of guests checked out with refund, but we opted to stay hoping the boiler would be fixed sooner and we negotiated for a good supply of bottled water for the night which they did. After the incident, the dryer kept on tripping so we had to wait while using it. Microwave oven on Floor #2 not working throughout our stay.

We booked a Deluxe Family Room with two beds. It was very comfortable, with a sofa like bench at the window. The beds were very comfortable. There was no noise at night, neither from the street, nor from the hall or other rooms. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection of dishes, and at a reasonable price. We also appreciated the free parking in the underground car park.

A second luggage rack would be nice, particularly because there is enough space for one.

Free laundry both washer and dryer. When you have been travelling for awhile this is a godsend. Staff were pleasant Convenience store across the road Room was clean and in good condition

Small rooms, tiny bathrooms that were very cramped and hot. Difficult to find as its on a one way street, parking area not well signposted. Not a lot of restaurants in close proximity. You have to walk about 4-6 blocks to find restaurants and shopping

The staff was helpful and friendly, the property was very clean and pretty, and there was a great breakfast that we enjoyed almost every day. We could walk to most of the tourist stuff and it was a pretty walk. There’s a bonus shopping area a couple blocks away that we went to several times too.

The hotel overall was good and clean for a busines trip. It was also relatively close to the hanok villagge. Parking was free, not sure if normal in Jeonju, but nice surprise compared Seoul

Break fast was really basic and very little international. I understand the majoriy of customer are probably korean but for western standard was really week

We booked a larger room and it was fantastic. Comfy beds, lots of space, bathroom area a bit cramped but quite OK. A short walk takes you to the heart of the Hanok village. Theres a mini market on the corner. This actually is better than a 4* we stayed in earlier. Had breakfast one day, Korean slant but I really enjoyed it. Don't do it if you're looking for bacon and eggs! We were expecting basic at this point in our tour given 3* but we really felt it exceeded our expectations and it had a nice vibe. Rooms were clean.

The receptionist is very accommodating and can speak excellent English. They can also provide recommendations of where to go and eat.

Floor mat in the room will be good. More equipment at the fitness station? I.e pull up bar? Cleaner Yoga Mat maybe?

Really pleasant experience, staff was really helpful and kind, room was clean, price is really affordable, view was amazing and the area was quiet and peaceful. Only a walking distance away from Jeonju center, restaurants and attractions!

Nice rooms. Nice linen and towels and comfy beds. Air conditioning. Helpful staff who were friendly when we needed some advice in English. Within walking distance of old town. 24 hour Mart opposite.

Gym was poorly equipped.
