We were fortunate enough to get a last minute room in terminal 2. After a long flight, this was a welcomed respite. The location was perfect and it was really easy to find. The bed and pillow was surprisingly comfortable. There was also a fan/air purifier in the room that provided the perfect amount of white noise that I personally appreciate. But without it, the place was VERY quiet. The room was small but it didn't matter because we were there to sleep. Hot shower and clean bathroom, it truly exceeded expectations.

This is not a reflection on the hotel however, we landed around 9:00 PM and the airport was dead and nothing was open to get something to eat. There was a food court nearby that showed it was open until 10 pm but when we walked in they were closing up. In all fairness, it was New Year's Day so I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it or not.

Easy to find (by Gate 252) and very comfortable for the night after a long day and prior flight. Definitely would recommend if ever doing an overnight transit in Incheon Airport. There is shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even body lotion provided as well as a comb and cotton wool buds. There are hairdryer, towels, two bottles of Jeju water and slippers as well as air purifier and TV. Good powerful waterfall style shower. The booking is 12 hours from when you check in but they would shortened it if your boarding time is earlier than that to make sure you don’t miss your flight! Also note that when you transit you will have to go through Incheon security again so don’t buy any liquid over 100ml at your previous airport where you fly to Incheon!

The shower could be a bit cleaner - found someone else’s hair there. Walls are a bit thin and can hear the next room switching of their lights.

This hotel is for people who need to overnight in the airport. For these people, it is extremely convenient. We flew in at 9 p.m. and left at 8 a.m. the next morning. We checked our bags to our final destination, so we did not need to pass through customs or passport control. The only problem is that the room was very small. My son and I hardly had space to open our suitcases. Otherwise the room was comfortable and quiet.

Perfect for getting off flight from Oz in evening and reboarding the next morning the onward journey to London Very clean room on ground floor - bit like a bunker but didn’t mind as was there to rest.

No kettle (or hot water outlet) for cuppa. Travellers generally appreciate a hot drink. Didn’t like being restricted to 12 hours room rule - would have thought at less busy times this could be flexible and the lowest room fee itself was 180000KRW

It was convenient, clean and comfortable. It made travelling from Australia to Boston so much easier.

The only thing that was annoying was lack of signage pointing the way to the hotel in the airport. I couldn't find a map in the public areas, there were no signs until very near the entrance, and I walked around the airport for quite a while looking for it. Airport staff all seemed very busy so it was hard to find anyone to give directions.

Seriously the best idea I had when I found out that I had a very long layover in the Incheon airport. You don't need to leave Terminal 2 and meant that I could sleep before my next long flight. For those with Korean Air lounge access, the East Prestige lounge is right next door. That was convenient too. The bed was big and comfortable and the shower had amazing water pressure. The room had hair brush and shower cap. I'd be happy to sleep here again if I have another long layover. Do book ahead! It was sold out when I checked-in.

It's a transit hotel, which means guests come and go at all hours of the night. If you're a lighter sleeper, consider ear plugs. The inroom amenities were fine, but an in-room tooth brush and toothpaste would have been ideal.

My sister and I liked that we were able to spend the night in the hotel without having to leave the airport. The room was comfortable, very clean and the accomodations were perfect.

We had difficulty finding the transit hotel. Our flight arrived in the evening and the airport stores and restaurants were closed. The few airport workers that we found didn't seem to know where the hotel was. We couldn't find signage directing us to where the hotel was. We finally found it but did not find it easy. More signage would be nice.

9 hours of uninterrupted sleep and a great shower: what’s not to like? Easy checkin, windowless air-con room with spotless bathroom, very comfy bed, adjacent to a couple of airport lounges and across the short bridge from fast order ok food and beer.

Very hard to find for weary first timers because escalators to the correct floor are behind grey walls. Look for signs to Korean Airlines Prestige Lounge and you’ll be heading to the correct floor. Rooms are tad expensive as they are inside the terminal, but we’ll worth the cost. Warning: the security queues through to Transit are awful. Chose the left hand lanes as they are much shorter (even though the seem more crowded). The locals know this and turn left. The wait was over an hour and badly organised.

My room was clean and comfortable. It has high ceilings so it didn’t feel claustrophobic. The rain shower was amazing and had great pressure. Nice that shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all provided with / bath and hand towels and also hair dryer mounted on wall. Also 2 bottles of water are in the room. This was a nice oasis in the Incheon Airport. Free Wi-Fi was also helpful to have.

Would have liked wash cloths and liquid hand soap by sink similar to shampoo and conditioner in shower.

It's very conveniently located and the price isn't outrageous. Plus the associated Matina Lounge has a wonderful buffet for dinner which you can eat at at a discounted rate. The rooms are clean and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

The rooms are small, but that's kind of expected since it's just a place to rest for long layovers. No windows and you should be prepared to have your own electrical adapter for charging otherwise you will have to rent one. Also there's no hot water kettle in the room.
