The customer service was exceptional. Though check in was a bit confusing— there was a staff there to help my family get into their room shortly before midnight. The airtel team also help booked a taxi for them for their departure the next day. My parents, aunt, and uncle spoke no Korean, little English and needed a place to stay during an overnight flight delay. This place was close to the airport and had a room they could stay together in for a great price (I booked their room easily from the USA via the booking app). When I lost connection with them while giving them instructions on how to check in, I messaged the hotel asap (through Booking) and they were so quick to respond. They were so helpful and assured me that their staff were helping my family. It was a bonus that one of their staff spoke Thai as it was a language my parents understood and could also speak.

Older decor/furnishing but it was clean.

It was so close to the airport - walking distance with cabin luggage (at least for two adults). Although we didn't use everything, we loved having a washing machine, kettle, microwave etc - all things that make it a lot easier staying in a foreign country where you're not sure about how to find a laundromat! Check-in was super simple too.

While it wasn't an issue for us, I'm not sure how available /helpful staff would have been as we didn't talk to a single person face to face. The signage of the hotel could also be a little clearer, though we were told clearly through the app how to get there.

Very close, convenient location for the airport. The free shuttle bus is extremely handy. Pleasantly surprised by the well-equipped, clean and comfortable room. Although it’s a self-checkin, the “administrators“ couldn’t have been more helpful before arrival, sending photos, shuttle bus times, maps and entry & WiFi passwords well in advance. The abundance of clear, reassuring and essential information made it quite nice not to have to see any staff.

The hotel is harder to find at night and having a lot of bags made the 200m (not 60m) walk from the bus stop over cobbled pavements hard work.

We really liked that the communication is very smooth and clear - instructions to reach the room from the airport and also towards the airport is very thorough, including photos and schedule of the free shuttle bus. The location is also very close to the bus stop making it very convenient when you have suitcases. There were also a lot of options in the neighbourhood to grab dinner - there's an Indian restaurant and a convenient store that is accessible from the lobby of the building.

For some reasons, the central air-con didn't work but a second mobile air-condition is available to use so it was eventually not a problem. The shower and toilet area is a bit small and not separate so it's a little inconvenient for 2 people to use it at the same time (ie. one taking shower and one using the toilet).

Excellent location, 2 shuttle stops from the airport. Myriad little restaurants within the block, including an authentic Indian restaurant on the ground floor, the lamb curry was outstanding! The studio had a wonderful view of the estuary & downtown Seoul. Inside, it had everything we needed plus welcome touches such as coffee sticks, toothbrushes & toothpaste, shampoo, laundry drying rack, etc. Everything was scrupulously clean. We would definitely stay there again!

An odd cooking odor in the vestibule (but not in the apartment)

We liked the size of the room, its cleanliness and amenities. We also liked the near proximity to a free airport shuttle anytime.

Checking-in or obtaining entry to the room; even with the door code was difficult because the information given like room number and door code were all not the same as what was emailed to us. We were totally lost of what to do, until we called and 2 persons came and met us at the lobby after an hour. Still it was difficult because they cannot communicate in English and could not locate our booking reservation in their list.

Pretty much everything as described. Easy to follow directions from management in their instructions. Although I have never used auto check in before. I was expecting some kind of machine and signage for Good Day Airtel. You simply go to your assigned room and enter the code. Restaurants and a convenience store on the ground floor. The shuttle bus was only a two minute wait and a two minute walk from the building. (The shuttle from the airport was difficult hauling two suitcases. There were four difficult to climb stairs. The return was simply a step in and much easier. But something to consider if you have a lot of luggage). Two comfortable twin beds make this a good deal for a family. All in all very satisfied.

Minor quibble is that the shower water seeped out under the door and pooled on the bathroom floor for a bit Not a big deal but I dropped the towel into it. There's only one big towel so maybe adding another would be a good idea

The hotel's proximity to the airport is a major advantage. The free shuttle service runs as early as 4:59 am and is set to arrive at the Terminal 1 of Incheon International Airport by 5:05am, ensuring us have ample time to check-in for an early departure. The check-in process was a breeze. I have never seen the staff - the whole process is done through in-app messenger yet I can tell that the staff is well-trained and efficient. Checking-in the hotel is made extremely easy thanks to the clear instructions provided. I would also like to commend the staff for his / her responsiveness. I texted at 11pm yet they still responded to my texts.

It would be better if the staff could include the picture of the bus stop for shuttle bus in the instruction. We almost got to the wrong one until a taxi driver directed us to the correct one. In any event, there are plenty people waiting at the correct bus stop so it's hard to miss.

The location was very near the Incheon Airport. Very close to Terminal 1, in a previous stay, I walked from and to the airport. Terminal 2 is much further away, but the host does a great job of providing airport shuttle and taxi information to help you get to the room and back to the airport. I had a 24 hour layover and just wanted a comfortable place to rest, away from the airport and in between flights and this was convenient. The internet service was great. There is a convenience store on the lower floor that is well stocked.

I wish that the couch had been more comfortable and that the room had been cozier. It was not easy to work on my laptop and do calls. A washer is provided but you'll need to provide your own soap.

We stayed here because we had to catch a flight early next morning at the airport. The hotel was easy to reach - there's a free shuttle bus to and from the airport and the journey takes about 15 minutes. The building itself doesn't look like much and looks a bit worn out, but looks can be deceiving. The room itself was comfortably furnished, clean, and quiet. The air-conditioner worked well. There's a fridge, microwave, stove, and kettle, in case you want to prepare some quick meals. Some sachets of instant coffee and bottles of mineral water were available. We also found some small packets of toothpaste, which was a lifesaver as I'd run out. Plenty of hot water for the shower. There were several restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to find food.
