The location, near to airport 10 mins drive. Near to subway, exit no 1 then walk 10-15 mins arrive hotel. We asked help from counter staff to call taxi for us at 330 am to go to airport. We pay one taxi 11,000kW ride to airport.

Check in process took long time because staff not really understand english. But not really a big problem.

The hotel room was spacious with a ton of facilities. I appreciated the body wash, shampoo and conditioner and also the drinks stocked in the fridge. The beds were comfortable and its walking distance from restaurants.

Staff wasn't the friendliest, I understand it was late when I arrived so it may have been a long day for them but they weren't very patient so that was upsetting. Other than that everything was good.

Great place if arriving late by plane and need accommodation nearish to the airport. Cost me 17,000 Won in a taxi from the airport. Had a very late check in and they were more than helpful with that and quick directions to the nearest 7 Eleven. Easy check in. Very close to the metro and place has lots of coffee / snack options nearby.

the location is only 10 minutes from the airport. the receptionist can help to call the taxi for you. the room is very comfortable for you to stay while waiting for your flight.

the location from the train station maybe around 10minute walk. a bit difficult if you have many heavy luggage. but its bearable. not to bad.

Location was in the city center. The room was simple but I was provided good amenities. For people who want to have a staycation, the TV in the room was fairly large.

The name listed is inconsistent with the name in front of the hotel (DK Hotel) so it was confusing at first but the pictures provided in the hotel information was same as the hotel front.

The night staff was friendly and helpful.

The email I got for confirmation said it was called Incheon Airtel, but the sign says DK airtel. On that street there are several similar sounding hotels, so it caused confusion.

Was assigned a big room for a family which exceeded my expectations. There was some noise from outside due to the location of the room, but that wasn't a problem for me. Decent walk 7min to the airport line station.

Really close to the airport. Room was fine, plenty of freebies (including condoms!!).

I was on the second floor and you could hear the noises from the street. It didn't bother me for 1 night.

Great location if you want to go or came from Incheon airport. Very useful for short stay. Otherwise there is nothing going on in surounding.
