Location was excellent, able to stay inside airport and not need to go through customs and immigration.

I was unable to edit or adjust the reservation through Booking.com. I needed a 12 hour reservation, but not within the default start/stop times available on the online reservation. I ended up booking 24 hours when I only needed 12 hours. Booking.com did not reply to my email requesting a change, and the hotel was also unable to change my reservation directly.

Very convenient. No need to leave terminal. In order to find the hotel it is important not to go through immigration on level two but to follow green signs for Transfer. Do not waste time asking staff because nobody speaks English or knows anything about the hotel. You will have to clear luggage security checks and go upstairs to reenter the busy departure section of terminal on level three. Look for the hotel signs across gate eleven. Hotel is on level four and you can get there by elevator or escalator. Room is clean and beds are comfortable.

Do not expect luxury. Room is very tight and basic. As other have mentioned, there are small annoying green lights in the ceiling blinking in the dark all night, so you will have to look the other way or bring eye covers.

The room is clean and can be found easily in the transfer area of Terminal 1 - Incheon Airport - near gate 11 or 15. Beds are good and spacious (we have a twin bed room), the shower is good (I love those Asian shower area where we can grab the shower head - in comparison with fixed shower head in US or Australian hotels). There are several restaurants near the hotel but keep in mind that they close quite early (last order around 9.30pm). The staffs are helpful and friendly. There is 1 international power plug in the room, the rest are Korean power plug types. TV is good and have Chromecast. Wifi is good too. In front of the hotel, there is a spacious area and I saw some people did jogging there during their transit.

The period between Check in- Check out is quite short. I would love to have an option where we can extend our stay 1 or 2 hours in the room.

Location, convenience, speed of service, welcoming staff, everything was clean.

Size of gym - too small even for 3 people, need clearer directions towards the hotel (maybe, directional arrows) to find the hotel entrance faster. This is especially important for tired travellers who are not bright and fresh after long-haul flights. The room needs a different furniture arrangement - if a person needs to wirk at the desk, it's very awkward with the current setting. A person sitting at thedesk would block the access to the bathroom or the wardrobe for the second person in the room.

The hotel location is unbeatable. The room is clean and comfortable. It provides a lot of electricity outlets to charge your phone and computer. Two bottles of water free for you and there is free Wi-Fi. The bathroom is super clean with electric bidet toilet seat. You got a discount to eat at the restaurant next door.

The hotel location is hard to find. The airport information map doesn’t show the exact location of the transit hotel. There’s no soap inside the bathroom, no cups and toothpaste either.

it was in the airport. had a shower and a nice clean bed. very friendly staff.

the location. it is not mentioned when booking that you can not go from terminal 2 to 1 when you book at terminal 1 as a warning. so it took me a lot of trouble. also the hotel didn’t accept my creditcard which is weird.

I loved staying at this hotel when I had layover. It located in the transit area. It just feels so comfortable being in the room because it is brand new. Pillows and blanket are incredibly comfortable like sleeping under the cloud! Room is small but enough for layover stay. Towels were white and clean! I will come back next time for sure!

Rooms was a little dusty (dust in the air and on lamp surface) but over all room is clean. I wish they would have one time use slippers and robe.

I had a 12-hour layover arriving in Incheon at past 5AM so I really wanted to get a good sleep. I stayed in a Standard Single Room. It was spacious enough for me and I love that it has a private bathroom. I was able to check-in right away. It also has a nice desk so you can also get some work done. Staff is welcoming. Room came with 2 complimentary bottled water, shampoo and bodywash (built-in refillable types which I appreciated - more eco-friendly). Instructions were provided through email as to location and check-in/check out times. In Property Policies, it's indicated that check-in time is at 7PM and check-out at 7AM but through the contact property button, you can inform them of your arrival and stay period so they can adjust, I guess depending on room availability. In my case, I checked in at almost 6AM, then checked out at 2PM, in time for me to grab a snack and go around the airport before my next flight.

Not really to do with the hotel, but a warning to those transiting Incheon Airport with carry on luggage. I purchased duty free liquor from Sydney and packed inside my carry on bag. Upon arrival at ICN airport, even though I was connecting to a flight to JFK the next morning, my duty free was confiscated by security at ICN. Needless to say I was very upset by this.

Spotlessly clean room and shower facilities, easy friendly check-in, super-comfy bed and quality bed linen.

Construction undertaken adjacent to the hotel causing noise disruption to sleep. Additional hour later check-out given in response to request at no additional charge.
