I like the heated pool most. I also like the long bathroom mat which is excellent after I step out of the bathroom. I also the breakfast selection which you can change to brunch and dine at level at 38 good for those that could not wake up early.

A manager called Heidi! She just tried to brush us off and didn't want to helping us even though we spent about 3000 USD in 2 days her attitude and her not willing to help us upgrade our suite was exceptionally awful! A manager like that shouldn't be working at a 5 star hotel!

The hotel was truly a five star hotel. Great facility, spacious and clean room and polite staffs. We were very happy with our stay.

We were not allowed to use the swimming pool before the check-in time or after the check-out time. This was disappointing to us especially because it rained everyday during our three-day stay but turned sunny on the day of check out. We were hoping to use outdoor swimming pool after check-out until our flight late in the afternoon, but we could not use the pool. Also it is often difficult to catch a taxi from the hotel. Many Korean people use Kakao taxi app to get taxi but for people without the app, it will be difficult to catch a taxi.

The most luxurious stay I have ever been in. Room is excellent and extremely spacious. It is essentially an apartment. Everything we need is available. Bathroom is clean with 2 sinks and even with a soft carpet. Room has ample bottled water. TV is huge. View was great with windows from ceiling to floor. Bed was soft and comfortable. The room slippers were so comfortable and came in different size for my husband, my kid and I. We almost wanted to just stay in the room instead of venturing out. Even so, the hotel itself has lots of activities, from casino to shopping to spa, restaurants and even kids arcade. So many good things to say. Of course the price is steep compared to other hotels but it is worth it!

There were little tissue papers left in the dispenser fr the previous hotel guest stays when we check-in. They were ran out on the second day but I couldn't get through to the housekeeping line after several attempts. I gave up. Also, the toilet bowl was choked on the second evening of our stay but the staff responded to our call and the technician repaired it quickly. Also, I didn't expect to find a piece of dried tangerine 'membrane' and a strand of hair on one of the chairs at the black round table when we check in.

The hotel was bigger and grander than I expected. Beautiful décor, extremely comfortable and with great amenities. They had the nicest room I've stayed in with a beautiful view of the mountains and outdoor pool. My partner and I went for our honeymoon and we arrived with a nice writing on the wall greeting us for our honeymoon. The indoor/outdoor pool was amazing with very clean facilities. The staff were generally very nice and spoke English well. They had a shopping area with a 7/11 within the hotel that was really convenient. You can buy and load a bus card within the 7/11. Taxi service is very affordable in Jeju and there was always one waiting at the front lobby. I loved the fact that you could call the concierge and get some room items like hair curler/flat iron for free use.

Our room was on the 7th floor facing the outdoor pool. You can hear them play pool music up until midnight. It might be bothersome for people who are light sleepers/need to get up early the next day. The hotel food was expensive as expected. It was better to go out and find some authentic Korean food down the block. They had ramen in the hotel rooms but you could just go to the 7/11 on the 3rd floor and buy some for half the price and eat it in your room. Another small thing was the smell. The entire hotel lobby, restaurants and amenity area had a strong floral perfume scent. I don't generally get bothered by scents but I found this to be too strong. It made me want to go straight to my room instead of exploring the hotel every time we got back after sight seeing.

I loved everything about the property , the moment we entered the hotel , the lobby was very magnificent, then when we arrived at the room it was just perfect , luxurious and spacious. All amenities provided and very clean, room smelled nice. Outdoor pool is very nice. I recommend this hotel for your stay in jeju island. Also very close to tub airport.

I didn’t like that we had to put down the curtains or otherwise we would be seen by the Visitors in the outdoor pool. There is a 200,000 Korean won needed to be deposited at check in as guarantee for the room and given back at check out.

The swimming pool both indoor and outdoor was great. We stayed here last year, but couldn’t use the outdoor pool due to bad weather, so this time we were looking forward to the outdoor one. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and spent two whole days at the swimming pool! The room is spacious and floor-to-ceiling window gives a great view and lots of sunlight.

We stayed during the peak season and the hotel was extremely busy so we had to wait for 30 mins to check in. We had some issues with our room and called guest service many times but the line was always busy and we never got any response even after leaving message. One of the issues with the room was a shower room drainage issue due to some engineering problem, which I think was a permanent issue with the room and the hotel shouldn’t have given that room to any guest unless it was fixed. In the end, we had to move to another hotel and this was done by the guest service team in professional way. Overall we are happy with the stay but would have rated higher without these issues with the room and lack of customer service team’s response.

The tallest building in Jeju offers you with some stunning views of the island. The rooftop restaurants overlooking the airports are a perfect tea-time spot. The place has unimaginable options for food. The surrounding area has good restaurants and shopping place. Very courteous and helpful staff. Dont miss the in-building korean sauna (jjimjilbang) if you happen to stay here.

Very, very comfortable bed and pillow - literally makes you want to stay in all day. Spacious room, good water pressure in the shower, Korean spa was amazing, and exceptional staff service all around. Lots to eat, see and do within the hotel building. Close to Jeju Airport. Would definitely love to return.

Breakfast buffet at the Grand Kitchen had a good selection of food - however, the spread was pretty much the same every day with very minor changes, so you get tired of it after a couple of days.
