the service was impeccable. the hotel design was beautiful and amenities were great . Loved everything about this hotel !

Be aware of anti - kids policy . the kids are not allowed to use outdoor pool and have no access to bar ( my kid wanted Shirley temple ) . I understand the Korean parent might be the cause of kids not behaving well , not respecting common space but I didn’t appreciate the discrimination against children

Great view on the river from our room and even more spectacular view from the restaurant on Level 22. Stylishly decorated rooms, with great beds and a very great bathroom. Our daughter loved the round bath tub. They also provided a kid's bath robe and slippers. I requested for a late checkout, since we had an evening flight, which they happily provided free of charge. Staff is very friendly and helpful, great 5* service.

It was a bit of a shame that the pool was under maintenance when we wanted to go for a swim. Also the fact that it wasn't clear what time the coffee shop at Ground Level was opening. I was waiting for 10 minutes, when someone from the staff said to me that they didn't open until 10:00. I think that was pretty late for a coffee shop to open. I was only after a coffee and a croissant, so didn't want to go to the breakfast buffet. but understand that from a commercial perspective they didn't want to open the coffee shop while the restaurant would be serving breakfast.

The hotel aroma - Wonderful. The pool. The veiw of the river. The lighting throughout the hotel.

Breakfast. 1st. Morning ordered fried egg sunny side up, took a long time to arrive and when it did it was cold. 2nd morning ordered their - on menu - eggs florentine. Sauce warm EGG COLD. VERY expensive breakfast even with discount for advance booking. Not worth it. Only being allowed to use the pool once a day even on a weekday when the hotel is not very busy.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped us call a local restaurant to get a reservation. The room was spacious, clean and new. Nespresso machine and capsule included in the amenities.

The drain started to smell slightly on the second day. It feels like the city may have a sewage issue in general because the sewage odour was quite common even on the streets.

Amazing view of the Han river and loved the decor of the room! It was exceptionally clean and very well located near public transportation options. Very comfortable bed as well. Had a great stay.

Minor thing: service hours of dining and fitness/ spa/ pool are a bit limited, closes very early (9pm).

Everything about this hotel is wonderful! The staff, the facilities, location and the views! Look forward to coming back soon!

Fresh new hotel with stunning Han River view. Great breakfast, especially loved the variety of pickles offered. Really nice and helpful personnel.

I stayed in early November. This time not so warm in Seoul. The floor of the room was uncomfortably cold. Situation improved a bit after turning AC on. But still wish they have floor heating system.

The staff were all exceptionally nice and helpful! Teddy and Marco helped us plan daily trips to explore the city. Angie helped with taxi and luggage. They all worked hard to make us feel special.

We had a family of 4 and the only type of room available for us was the third floor. I wished we had a higher floor to fully enjoy the Hanjiang view.
