Lots of amenities inclusing the gym, room service, and minibar in room. Staff in some places were friendly. The location was convenient to the subway and the underground tunnel was easy to navigate to the closest station. Free parking was convenient. There were many food options nearby.

I didn't like that the cost is so high but the checkin is 1600 and the checkout is 1100. That takes off 2 additional hours of time compared to other hotels. I went to the bar on the ninth floor and service was incredibly slow. I also went to the restaurant on the 37th floor, staff said the tables near the window were reserved but i ate and left, no one was there and i got there right when the restaurant opened. Just felt a bit pretentious and overpriced. I also tried to reserve a spa appointment, all booked up. I understand these things happen but took away from the experience and the whole vibe made me want to stay somewhere else.

It took a while to get a response to the issues that were reported to the property by my wife. For example, the room didn’t have heat and water. Those are not small issues. The staff sent a small heater up to the room, and told her the water would be fixed (this was at 9 pm). She went to inquire again at 3 am when she was still cold and without water. They finally moved them, but after talking to their manager did a couple of times. I’m surprised that this is a “five star experience”. I’d hope the staff would be better at responding to issues that occur on site.

The facilities and rooms were very nice. Everything I expected. They also surprised us with a small gift and cake for our occasion. Check in and out went very smoothly. Breakfast was great. Enjoyed the hot and cold items at Zest. Driving range was just what we needed to practice some swings. We even played 9 holes of screen golf.

Booking the room, confirming the booking, and making dinner reservations was so difficult. I think I contacted 7 different people in one day. I was getting texts from what looked like personal phone numbers to confirm bookings and plans only to never here back from ‘Young.’ I made a call to book a reservation and then minutes later had someone call me to cancel the reservation with no explanation. Complete chaos. Luckily Joy in reservations was so helpful. SHE understands customer service and was entirely able to see what had gone wrong and why I was upset.

Typical standard of a 5 star hotel. What amazed me was its well equipped gym & indoor pool. Room is also larger than similar rooms at other luxury hotels in Seoul.

Location in CBD is ideal for business travellers but probably less convenient for leisure travellers especially as the airport bus is no longer running. The room was decent but looks a bit old.

Exceeded the expectation in every way from checking in to checking out. I especially enjoyed how spacious the room was and that it got cleaned twice a day. All the staff was very friendly and professional. Excellent value for money and Definitely staying here again.

Breakfast is $44 per person for a continental breakfast and Asian style. Some times the coffee you asked for didn't come even after you finished eating. The rooms are a bit small. We recommend visiting this hotel for business, after all, you don't have to pay for it yourself.

Clean and luxurious with a wonderful city view

Everything was excellent however the water from the shower would run out from under the door in the bathroom! Not a big inconvenience but something to look out for!

I am just surprised that there are add ons (like Wi-Fi) and it’s not for free despite the rates of the hotel.

The selection of food for breakfast buffet was excellent. Byredo products for toiletries were my favorite!

The daily housekeeping needs a bit of improvement.
