- Staffs can fluently speak English and were very helpful with our Qcode related problems. - The Room had a nice view of Namsan Tower. - The Room was a bit tight but is clean and has all we needed.

- The location although it was near the subways, there is not much going on during the day time or night time. No shops, restaurants, anything, only a couple of Convenience stores. - You have to walk to DDP to get to the subway line that can connect to most popular places (Eg. Hongdae, Gangnam, etc)

The location is near 3 train stations (walking within 10 mins): Euljiro 4-ga, Jongno 5-ga, Dongdaemun History & Culture Park (DHCP). Many choices for different line transfer. Underpass to Euljiro 4 and DHCP station too. Airport bus stop (bus 6001, 17000won) just 1 min from hotel entrance. Enquire the bus schedule from the friendly hotel reception. Room is clean, shower water temperature is constant, fast Wi-Fi. Hot/cold water machine at each level for water refill or for cooking your cup noodles.

The room is small but kind of expected and as seen in the room photos.

Excellent facilities, very comfortable bed, spacious and clean room, and very professiinal, friendly and helpful staff. Comes with breakfast buffet.Great common lounge area at the reception. The christmas photo booth was a bonus treat. Very good location. Airport shuttle and bus stops about a few steps from the hotel. Several Subway stations are also walking distance. Strategically located near DDP , wholesale shopping district and several good local restaurants.

The location is close to specific points of interest (Gwangjang Market, DDP, Cheonggyechon Stream, Line 2 subway connecting to Hongdae, etc). It’s also conveniently located a few meters away from the airport bus stop. The building itself is quite new because it just opened early 2020. The hotel staff were all very courteous and helpful (they volunteered to help us book a taxi when needed). Housekeeping was also very thorough in making up our room. They provided a complete set of bathroom amenities (bath products smelled really nice too!). There’s also free coffee and tea in the lobby lounge for the guests and a free luggage locker.

It’s a bit pricey compared to other hotels that are more centrally located and they are very strict in the adjustments/cancelation policies.

The hotel is located within walking distance to many of the main attractions of Seoul: near the Cheongecheon Creek (청계천) with a beautiful walking area, Dongdaemun History&Culture park, the Eastern Gate of the city and the park near the city wall, near Namsan park and the famous Namsan Tower, the ethnic village of Bukchon, the Kanbok Imperial Palace. The Olympic Park, Lotte World and other interesting places are easily accessible by metro, the entrance to which is next to the hotel. Seoul Subway is intuitive, very convenient, modern and clean. It is easy to get from Incheon Airport and to the airport by bus 6001, the stop is almost at the door of the hotel, which is very convenient. The cost of the trip is 17,000 won. The hotel staff is very friendly, the staff speaks several languages, including English, which is convenient for foreigners. The breakfast dishes practically do not change, but there is a choice and everything is very tasty and enough. The rooms are clean, cleaning is daily, the bed is comfortable. I really liked the hotel stay, I recommend it!

The hotel is conveniently located near subway lines 2, 3, 4 and 5. It is also a minute away from the airport limousine bus which will save you the hassle of lugging your luggage around the subway to the airport and it is cheaper than a taxi ride to the airport. The hotel also provides a locker for you to store your luggage which was helpful since I arrived much earlier than the check-in time. I liked the accommodation - the room, toilet, and the amenities - hot/cold water dispensers on the room floor, the lounge area. You can also walk to attractions such as GeangJang Market and DongDaeMun Plaza within 10 mins from the hotel. Convenience stores, street shops and malls are also nearby.

Our second time booking at this hotel! The beds are fantastic. The amenities at the hotel were awesome too like the coin dryer and the luggage locker. Was a little concerned with the centralized air-conditioner but it didn't prove to be a problem and it kept us cool. Appreciated how the staff fixed our problem right away (sink not draining and weak bidet) after we left a note for housekeeping. Hotel is also close to an airport bus stop (6001). Seamless check-in and check-out. They also have a breakfast buffet!

The nearest subway exits/stations will be quite a walk but if you don't mind a few minutes of exercise like we did, it's alright
