- Very dirty windows that spoil the fantastic view - Poor breakfast, unacceptable for a 4 star hotel - No possibility of transfer from / to the airport - Strange and unpleasant smell in the room and hotel (smell of the old hospital)

Nice to CU convenience store next to it. Staff are helpful. Reaction time from housekeeping and technical support is super fast. Within 5 minutes they come to our room to deliver what we ask and help fix some issue we faced. Shower water is hot all the time. Saunna is good and gym room is big and complete equipment. Room is clean, bath tub is comfortable.

Far from subway, it is not suitable for family to travel in winter. The bus network is complicated. Calling a cab from hotel with assitance from the front desk. Need to worry about catching a cab back to hotel. All map and apps are in korea. Tried kakao taxi, bit not easy to identify pick up point easily without help, furthermore it is cold in winter.. Surrounding is too quite, only a Nice to CU conveniece store next to hotel which we visit every night.

Was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The room was nice. We liked it.

The AC was a bit loud and was only able to cool down the room to 25 degrees. It was western style, there was no step / area to take off shoes. Not a big issue but not my preference. There was no water dispenser, or anything else to get free water in the lobby. (But room service leaves 2 small Bottles of water when cleaning). The mirror above the sink could've had better lighting (for shaving / makeup).

Spacious suite with a door separating the bedroom from a sofa area. It was little farther from the main Myungdong area and subway so the location wasn’t most convenient for our family. But it was definitely a nice break from busy city scene as this hotel had a nice view of the mountain north of it. We got the corner suite with 3 large windows with a view of the mountain on one side.

I saw the sauna in the hotel website when I was deciding on this place. But when I got here, found out there’s a separate charge to use it I asked for an extra blanket and was told there’s a charge which I didn’t like

It was a wonderful stay 10/10!! The reception desk was very helpful and willing to assist as soon as possible! The room was great with awesome facilities and amenities.The cleanliness of the room was excellent 10/10! The sauna facilities was great also ! The location of the hotel was also incredible because is close to the most important things to see. As I used to be Front Office Assistant Manager at a 5 star hotel ,I have to say that this hotel is incredible at every detail and highly recommend!! Bravo to all of the staff :)

clean rooms accessible very friendly and accommodating staff; super helpful. They were all great! location is good; peaceful and quiet area food at the restaurant was good too overall, it was a very pleasant stay. i will definitely come back in the future

perhaps the coffee shop can extend its hours until evening the vendo machine only accepts credit card restaurant and room service have limited hours only

Location was very convenient to attractions and transportation. Staff was always helpful and pleasant. Everything was spotless and well maintained. Beds were very firm but very comfortable. Sitting area was great to have for a family. WiFi was great and very useful.

No dinner room service, only one on-site food option (Chinese food) and limited options within short walking distance (close to convenience stores)

The Kids family room was very comfortable after a day of walking in the city. The location was quiet and easy to walk around. Several grocery stores nearby. It's not near the subway but honestly using the bus was very comfortable and easy.

Sometimes the AC didn't seem to honor the setting we selected. One of the nights the room was very warm but the hotel supplied a fan immediately after we complained.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, always ready to help. Good to have sauna with hot bath on site. Hotel is located next to one of the nicest palaces in Seoul.

Would be good to have GF food options. Room service only works will ~4PM, so no dinner available on site. A bit far from subway stations, so either walk or catch bus.

The location was a bit of a journey ( i like to walk everywhere) but located very close to quite a few sights. Overall very good hotel. very friendly staff and very accommodating.

I had quite a few pieces to take to and from my room on the check-in and check out and would be nice if there was someone to assist with that. I had to make a few trips but. Not a negative just a would-be nice to have. I was very capable of doing this myself.
