The location is good, just a few steps away from 3 Joseon Palaces and a beautiful shrine. There are several convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby. If you walk 10 minutes south there are also some nice bars. The room was clean and spacious enough, and quiet. The bed is comfortable. The shower is a wet room shower (I think that's the technical term), as common in Asia, but the bathroom is spacious enough. They provide you with toiletries and towels. The staff is kind. The laundry service was good and cheap.

The wifi is not the best. There is only a small and low table to use your laptop so you'll have to go to a nearby cafe if you want to work or even read comfortably (I'd recommend Wells Coffee and Sandwich just 50 meters away)

Great location and easy to find, check in. The staff were friendly and helpful. My view might not have been spectacular, but it looked over the area and not at a brick wall! Aircon was a little noisy, but it worked! Two bottles of water (plus filtered water available by reception) and two sweet Korean rice drinks.

Limited toiletries (bring a toothbrush-- I did! and conditioner if you use it). The bed is a little hard-- which I don't mind generally, but this was maybe harder than I prefer. Bedding and towels were clean, but the bathroom is old and just has those kind of stains that aren't going to come off easily. I mostly just used the room for sleeping.

We booked this hotel foe the good location, which was right near a lot of sights, restaurants and the train line. Hotel is basic but comfortable. Beds were firm which we liked and you could access Netflix from the TV in your room. The shower is open in the bathroom so the floor is wet after you user it, but there are bathroom sandals provided for that. Our room had a wooden cover for the window so the room was completely black which helped for a great sleep. Also free water and a local canned drink in the fridge which was complimentary. Rooms made up each day. Staff spoke enough English to get by which was a bonus.

We booked a non smoking room however the bathroom only did have a lingering, subtle smell of cigarette.

Good place for a tourist. The hotel has a very good location - close to all main sightseeing and subwaystation. The room was clean and staff friendly and helpful, though not all are spaeking English.

Very-very-very hard mattress. It was a feeling like you were sleeping on the floor. That's the only disadvantage of the place.

Excellent location! Near Anguk station. Also the staff was friendly and one of them spoke English.

The bed was very hard so I didn’t sleep well. Also, one of the pillow cases was so old it had holes in it.

It is walking distance to the Gyeongbukgung palace and walking distance to metro station. Free bottled water and some toiletries. Bed is hard so it is good on my back.

Need some touch-ups and upgrade. Some portion of the room seems falling apart - consider renovating the place.
