The location is excellent, plenty of local restaurants, shops all around. Close to the street food market. Staff at the hotel were so helpful and friendly. We struggled to book baseball tickets the two ladies helped us book them. Having never been to Seoul we asked a lot of questions at the hotel and all the staff we spoke to were very helpful. Hot shower and clean bathroom. Clean towels daily.

The bed was quite small and the quality of the bedding wasn’t great. Bathroom small but met our needs.

The hotel is at a convenient location in Myeongdong area. Its walking distance (10 mins) to chungmuro and euljiro-3 subway stations. The rooms were small but clean, comfy, and helpful staff. I also liked the water refill stations on every even numbered floors. The check in and check out procedure was efficient. We appreciated them letting us store our luggage after checkout while we went out to explore the neighborhood one last time.

The small rooms and bathrooms

location is nice - just 8-10 mins walk to main myeongdong shopping district, easy to get taxi at hotel area, lots of camera shops nearby and several restaurants. Accross the hotel , there is a hangover pork rib restaurant ( ganga pork rib hangover soup in naver map) - very good and highly recommended.

hotel room - room is small and for a new hotel, room is not that clean, need improvements. Whole toilet bidet was down during our stay

Conveniently located near the main street and night markets. My son loved the little loft and we had plenty of room for the 3 of us. Rooms were super clean as well and bonus was the laundry/dryer in the basement so I didn't have to go out and find one.

Some of the power points weren't working which meant our fridge didn't work but they fixed it by extending to another one with a power board.

The ambiance and design is good and pleasing to eyes. The location is great near to attractions, restaurants in Myeondong. The staff who assisted on the airport bus as I have little knowledge on it, she even printed me the location so i will not get lost and gave the details for the time/arrival of the bus. Overall the staffs are very accommodating and helpful.

Since the hotel is new I can still smell the paint. And the bidet is not working.

It was new. Very comfortable for solo or couples. Room was clean. Bathroom rather small but no issues at all. It was close to amenities and metro station. Many restaurants nearby and also Myeongdong night market and shopping stores are walking distance.

No breakfast and room service

Everything was perfect to stay at the hotel. I stayed with my family in the big group, we love location close to shopping street, room was clean and comfortable . it would be better if have service to clean glasses daily for 5 nights stayed.

The place is very central walking distance to Metro and so many places to eat around the place.

The room is a bit smaller size .The bathroom is so tiny that there is no counter to put your toiletries. Other than that it's all good.

The location was perfect and the staff were friendly.

There was still construction dust in the room and a strong painting smell since the place is new. Overall, it's a great hotel, although I would have preferred a discount considering the inconvenience.

Good location and very ideal for travellers

For our 4 nights stay, and despite our request, they didnt clean the room, only chaged the towels once (but I guess this was some sort of a korean regulation or policy.. 🤷🏻‍♀️)
