Staffs are very responsive and helpful . I needed to find a clinic for my sick child during my stay and staff was very kind and attentive to search the nearest for me. housekeeping done every 3 days but rubbish is cleared and towels are changed daily . location is excellent . kitchenette is very useful esp travelling with family

The room was very big, bright and comfortable! We had a amazing stay on the 9th floor, the city views were incredible and the spa bath was honestly so wonderful! We loved their bathbombs you can purchase too! The decor and ambience of the room is very modern and the cleanliness was great too!

There were some water stains on the couches which does diminish the overall effect, I think they should be replaced!

Location was good where it was near the tourist area and not being directly above the tourist are that is too noisy. The street below has many restaurants. I enjoyed the beautiful design of the room especially the very big bath tub that can fit in 4 people. Just a note, it take 1 hour to fill up the bathtub. They provided microwave, cooking stove, water boiler, and fridge which was really convenient.

If more small towels can be provided it would be great as one towel is needed for walking out the bath tub, and 2 more for general usage in the normal bathroom. Since it has a mini kitchen so a hand towel may be needed. The suite did provided towels everyday so you add on.

The location of this hotel was really central, just a few streets away from main Myeongdong Shopping street and close to public transport! The staff were always really helpful and fulfilled our requests! It was easy to contact reception via WhatsApp which we really appreciated. The room was nice and cozy but a bit small for 4 people and a lot of luggages.

The room had a musky kind of sewer smell to it in the beginning but slowly went away after opening the windows and house keeping came.

I had a wonderful experience at UH Suite. The staff at this property are all great! Especially the guy (Blair) who help us to get the Taxi for our entire trip & Another guy (not able to get his name) who guide us along the way to Bus station in the raining day. They are so friendly & helpful "Kamsahamnida (감사합니다)"

The location is so convenient to shopping, dining, nightlife in Myeongdong as well as the metro station. We also really liked having a two bedroom with living room so we could hang out, plan the day’s itinerary, etc.

Storage space in the bedrooms was lacking. We would have liked some drawers or additional shelves.

Its right in myeondong. Everything was perfect especially for muslim travellers like us. There are many halal food options within walking distance! The staff are so helpful and friendly.

The property is very new and clean. We did not get the spa room unfortunately. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

During our stay the toilet (one of them) there are flood the flow of water had some problem.

We like the bathtub in the room, and the cleanliness of the hotel. Feel comfortable and the location was great.
